Always very clean, staff is quick and efficient. The last 3 times I've been here the cashiers have made me smile with their love to chat while you bag your groceries. Small things like that make such a big difference now when we are all a little lonelier than usual. The carts are available in the entrance now that it is cold and snowy, which is handy for drying them when having to put kids into the seats for shopping. Thank you Superstore employees, you're doing a wonderful job!

Nice to get something quickly or to do big shopping. Gas station right next to it helps if you have a PC Mastercard.

Allowing people to secretly take pictures of maskless shoppers spending money in your store is literally committing business suicide in a community where everybody talks to everybody, my family will not be spending our cash in your store any longer, many people in this community are saying the same thing!

Kudos to the young man-Devin/Ryan? (Both names on my receipt) who brought my groceries out at Click & Collect/Superstore last week! It was fricken nasty out and they not only quickly loaded the haul but then arranged it so the fresh produce was in the bags closest to the back so that I take those items in first so that they would not freeze, allowing me to be able to warm up before going back out to get the sundries. No asking, they just did it and let me know.

There were a few people with masks hanging in spite of constant reminders on the PA to wear them properly.

Shopping at superstore is great during the pandemic.

The Constant announcements about wearing a mask and staying away from people is tiring and very annoying!

They give you the freedom to choose what you do regarding supposed rules. The way it should be not caving in to all the snowflakes the are scared of a little sniffle or a scratch in their poor throat. Poor things should get a complementary tissue for their issues when they walk in.

Friendly and they actually respect their customers, they do their job serving the customer and not act like law officers enforcing mandates like many stores do. I feel welcomed and employees don't bug you with masks. Reccomend this store way more than walmart.

Highly over rated, really no different than Costco just closer however I found basic items such as milk, bread butter a few cents more than in stores like Shoppers Drugs or even Walmart

The 2 stars is for the good food they provide. Otherwise their service is not even close to the Walmart. I been a permanent customer of superstore from almost 9 years now. Never seen a such behavior of the people working there.

Consistently get charged more than what items are listed for on the shelf. Check your receipt before you leave. Also they don't obey public health.

Very disappointed with the superstore in Winkler, they do not encourage or follow the public health safety regarding wearing of masks. At the entrance the employee asks if they would like a mask, not they are required to wear a mask. In the store there are multiple people not wearing masks. When you speak to the employees they state there’s nothing they can do about it management will not enforce it.

Nothing much has changed, still prefer the wholesale club, especially because I know how both stores work as I use to work in both outlets. The employees work their butt off here, a lot more then what they pay them. Generally a good store but 4 stars because of restock and organization is lacking.

Good place for grocery and they do have lots of variety. Parking is always full and be ready with Dollar for the cart.

Nobody is enforcing mask wearing policies and dozens of people are walking around maskless every time I go there. It's a public health hazard.

Pretty good I love their click and collect option, but they don't always have everything I buy online.

Upset that early senior shopping has been discontinued. Apparently not enough people used it. Cost was very minimal, only one teller working.

The click and collect is a joke. Most; if not all the produce is rotten or has a lots of rotten in the bags. Dont buy any dairy products they will be 1 or 2 days to best before date. Always lots of substitutes and if you go in its all on the shelf. The idea is contactless pick up and not having to go into the store.

I used the dog wash. There is only cold air drying for my poor frozen dogs and no collar tether to hold your dog in place as you wash. It just needs some TLC and it will be great

Absolutely a great place to go for your Groceries shopping they've got just about everything you need! You should go and check it out asap!

Real Canadian store has variety of items. You get many things at very decent price. You get Indian food products as well.

Absolutely best shopping experience. Staff are super friendly, very helpful. The store was extremely clean. Sarah the Cashier I went through gave excellent recommendations to us for a couple things I needed. She was kind, & understood our food needs. The pharmacy Assistant helped us find A535, & made us feel we could trust her right away. She also helped guide us to the next items on our list. This was our first time ever in the store & we absolutely enjoyed our shopping experience.

Staff not wearing masks and very few customers wearing masks, customer service needs to stand up to these farmers with attitude.

Their mandatory mask rule is laughable. About 25% of the people in the store were wearing masks. Some employees also not adhering to their "mandatory mask" rule.

Items are always out of stock, this is not new issue. I often find spoiled meat in the coolers. I watched an employee pile yogurt into the cooler while pushing back tons of yogurt that expired the day before. And don't even get me started on their bathrooms, one of the worst I've ever seen - always! There are some really great Superstores out there. This is not one of them.

The store is always nice and clean and Most of the staff is very friendly. The shelves could be better stocked though. They are often out of things and I think they could do a better job with this. I’m thinking a newsletter at this point would also be beneficial.

It's the closest Real Canadian Superstore in the area. Generic RCS. Nothing different than the rest of their stores. I wish there are more other vegetables than the typical that you can find everywhere, like taro roots (no stocks today) and bitter gourd. It's nice that they are adding more Asian grocery items. Still have room fpr improvements.

Was very disappointed. The Sign said, Manditory mask in store and there were people walking all over with no mask and nobody enforcing this!

Current visit today was great till cash. The cashier didnt follow guidlines to social distancing and didnt make the customer behind us either. She continued to push the belt button making my groceries shove down. I was trying to pack things and had meat being squished because she was rushing us to pack our stuff. Not impressed.

Cashier was kind of rude. Also - Superstore is always busy, ALWAYS BUSY, around 5 or 6 o'clock. It was super empty. Wonder if its the mandatory mask rule?

I was very disappointed with this business today.
Superstore advertised a $ 250 purchase to get five baskets for free. With this in mind I went shopping and also reached the purchase price to get these baskets for free. However, when I arrived at the cash register, I got sandwich boxes. I asked about the shopping baskets when I was referred to Customer Service. There I was told that the blue shopping baskets were sold out. I shouldn't complain because the baskets are free or the sandwich boxes are free.
If I want to have the offer, I have to come earlier. Sorry what is that because if the offer is valid until Thursday then I would like to get it on Thursday. I tried to explain that I was just making a big purchase to get these baskets. And you couldn't help me. I understand that the employees can't help it. It is a matter for the manager. At least in the entrance you could have hung flyers that these baskets are sold out or gave a rain check to pick it up later.

I like shopping there because it's always clean and nice organized and friendly people and you have everything we need

My favourite grocery store due to the large variety and great prices. I regularly use their online shopping, which is an awesome option.
However, when shopping in store I find it incredibly difficult to find an employee when needing help. I also don't understand why the cashiers do not also bag the groceries; as a former grocery cashier, it is definitely much more efficient having an employee do this, as you get really fast at it when it becomes your job, and having the customer do it themselves just seems to slow the process down.

Bathrooms are always very gross and dirty.
Can you hire someone who does a good job of actually cleaning it instead of just going in and just changing the paper?
Also its winter. Put the carts inside the building. It's really annoying when we have to bring extra blankets along so out children's butts dont freeze when they sit in there.

Im really impressed with how they have so many different foods for those who have a dairy intolerance or need gluten free. Also an awesome selection of fresh produce!

The shelves a lot of the time are not stocked. There has not been a time that I have been there where everything I wanted was either in stock or not put out yet. I don't know what the night shift does but apparently it is not to stock the shelves.

This is our go-to place for groceries. Their prices are cheaper especially their "No Name" items. I find it genius for coming up with essential commodities with no brands and selling them at a lesser tag. One other thing that I really like about this place is the Bulk Foods section. They have a variety of nuts, seeds, oats, chocolate and even candies that you can have by the gram. Also, for Asians like me, they sell good rice here.

Great place to shop. Lots of variety. Friendly staff. Good prices. I will visit here again, and I will recommend this store to family and friends.

Lol I worked here.and. I avoid going here as much as possible. Seriously though.its superstore.just a little calmer shopping experience elsewhere considering the typical clientele and sheer volume of people shopping here

It's an average grocery store has pretty much anything food or drink related. It's my go to place to buy some food or even some snacks so much cheaper then gas stations lol

Need more "mothers with small children" parking and need to restock shelves more often. Their MasterCard is awesome though
