Friendly staff. Hard to find electronics and kitchen appliances because they are not on the shelves under the sign Kitchenware

I was relieved and happy to find Marcel bakery products. My family loves the pandesal (buns), pan de coco, pan de ube, ensaymada with pineapple. I hope the store could order pandeciosa as well.

I like this superstore, though it is not my "home" store. I came on a Saturday afternoon and yet found their produce still well stocked. The section are nicely clustered together, but I find their aisles with rows of open freezers longer than in other stores, especially near the meat and dairy products. I noticed that the aisles are quite narrow, not allowing more space for people in a busy, high traffic area to navigate around, especially for people with mobility issues.

Generally, I like that they have a good number of parking spaces even on a busy weekend. Staff are pleasant and warm, even responsive to queries I raise when I seem so lost.
Kudos to this young CS lady, who came up to me a few minutes later, providing me more directions to look for the frozen Tempura boxes. The young man Amanuel at the cashier was so quick and efficient, always disinfecting and cleaning his till and post in-between clients.
I'd recommend this store, but best to plan ahead, as this one makes me a little disoriented at times.

As soon as you walk in you get slammed in the face by a horrible smell. The fruits and vegetables are mostly rotten or withered, there was a watermelon completely sunken in from how rotten it was just sitting in with all the rest, staff ignores you it's just Grosse.

I end up going here for my significant other quite a bit, she loves it, me not so much. Personally I would stay away from all the dishes except the chicken. The chicken is better then kfc and other fried chicken places, but the other menu items are kinda trash, like the spaghetti is bad honestly.

They have unique flavour deserts like a peach mango pie, taro pie and last time I was there a banana pie, those are all great.

Just not really for me, but if I’m asked to go I’ll go back, otherwise I wouldn’t be coming here!

The elder ladies at the customer service should have a refresher course on how to be a good customer service worker. I was there today, no hello’s, no smile, no thank you. She did not even say any word.

I am not coming back to this location worst customer service.even the cashier and customer service desk guy aswell

This location is huge compared to the one closer to my place. I like seeing the variety and diverse options

They were all out of cart wipes when I arrived. I let a store employee know as soon as I entered, but there still weren’t any by the time I left.

So sad. Haven't shopped there in awhile. Felt like some fresh sea food and was in area. Used to buy fresh seafood etc all the time. Now won't be back. No customer service at counter. Waited 10 minutes found someone on floor, they went to back and yelled hey! At someone in back and left. Waited another 5 minutes. No one showed. Finally left my bag of clams there- also they didn't get to sell any crabs- which is why I was there originally.

All masked up population all because of china and Fauci and the new world order. Biden was compromised. Bought and paid for by China

Superstore has good produce, a wide variety of products, and a good selection of brands for decent prices. They aren't the cheapest store, but I can always find everything on my grocery list and the location is convenient.

Great place to shop groceries at reasonable prices where you find almost everything you need. I call it the Walmart of US in Canada.

Had a less than pleasant experience. Purchased a 4 pack of 4l distilled water and they charged me for individual bottles. I realize they only robbed me of $6 but it kinda ruined the rest of my night.

This is the best Superstore in the city. I usually do grocery pickups and rarely have an issue at this location, unlike other stores where massive screw-ups are common. Workers here are much friendlier here too.somebody is doing a good job with this location!

Always prefer to shop at Superstore. Best pricing and availability, excellent ethnic foods section. One stop shopping.

I used to like superstore because it was a one stop shop for low-income people that were able to get everything they needed on their minimal budget. BUT NOT ANYMORE. WALMART IS BETTER

Exceptional service I was impressed when I saw her wiped down the entire area after each customer which is really seen and I do shop around the city. Keep up the good work Annalizn I apologize if I misspelled the name.

Not impressed with their baked goods. There were no cinnamon buns or danishs. Customers not following arrows or social distancing.

I just started shopping here at Superstore. I always find what I'm looking for. Bought flowers off the rack. Beautifull and got my garden seeds. I would shop at Superstore again next time I'm in the city. It's convenient for me because I live outnof town and now I don't have to drive very far. Great store.

Items priced incorrectly, staff needing help finding prices (from me!). Spent 30 mins at the self checkout for $30 worth of stuff. Train your staff.

The amount of people allowed to walk around with their masks on improperly and to see the staff just walk on past and say nothing is despicable. We should know better by now

Superstore is Superstore. Since the pandemic we've started going weekdays in the evenings. It's pretty quiet in the store, but you need to wait a bit longer to check out, as there are fewer tills open. Would love it if they stopped occasionally moving items around. The best store layout is one that does not change.

I am not Asian so at 10: 45pm I was told they were full. Then the Asian women behind me got in. Then the next guy also got turned away. Change your store hours if at 1045 your store is to full of white people

Never have the flyer items, that are on sale, in stock Raincheck or not that's #SuperAnnoyingStore
But I like them rotisserie chickens sometimes lol

Nice selection of food stuffs but REALLY Superstore! Stop flying your flag at half mast for the past 3 weeks or so. We got it already. Hundred of unmarked graves in unattended abandoned cemeteries with who knows who've been buried there. Enough already! That's why I only gave them 3 stars. I'm sick and tired of these "woke" companies.

After shopping, I came to checkout at around 4: 12pm. The cashier was extremely rude and had an attitude. I know her name but I don’t want to get her in too much trouble. She is Filipino like me, but she has horrible customer service skills. Should’ve trained her better.
Otherwise, I love getting my groceries here and thank you for following covid protocols.

Ive been going Superstore less and less. Freshco is way better. Lower prices in everything. Especially meat products. Goodbye Superstore

Unfortunately, every single time that we get express pick up groceries from here there is something wrong - missing items, the wrong item, missing pc points. In person, we like the selection of food (always shopping late, so no idea of how they handle covid when it's busy), but it's not worth it to order for pick up

Was it real? Yes, it was real. Was it Canadian? Well, I didn't see any mounties and Bob and Doug McKenzie were nowhere to be found. Was it a "Superstore"? I didn't see anything "super. " Yeah, sure the produce was fresh but I saw nothing "super. " Now, to be fair, I saw plenty of food that would be fine for the evening meal; hence, it would be correct to call it a "supperstore. "

Good covid control measures. Click and collect and online pick up makes it easy to purchase items without coming in contact with lots of people.

This is a very big store for shopping or grocery and the household thing we can purchase clothes and the other grocery items we can purchase dairy item also everything available we don’t go half to another store for purchasing anything everything available in real Canadian superstore there are so many lines for the billing

Waited over 45 minutes to pick up groceries just to tell that I was there as the line was busy or they hung up on me. I have been doing express pickup for 2 years without an issue. The pandemic has been going on for 10 months and this location still doesn’t have their stuff together. Such a waste of time.

I do most of my groceries here. Shelves are always organized and they make sure they refill the shelves right away. Staffs are friendly and you can always ask them questions.

Superstore at Sargent and St. James, doesn't have anymore Express Checkouts, why? Many people doesn't have Credit Card, and using the others checkouts is long wait, no good for old people, you try to save money and care for the custmers, unbelievable!
