Out of tomatoes, Spanish onions asked producs person he told me that they didn't sell tomatoes. Need better help especially in the deli meat area person is so slow it is ridiculous.

On the food availability basis: they do have variety of food choices at a reasonable price. Good thing is that RCSS do price matches and accepts coupons.
Cons: their food item is always out of stock and their customer service is terrible incomparison to freshco or no frills. I always feel uncomfortable to reach out for help becuase either they give misinformation (when I inquire about raincheck or any of their policies) or have rude attitude (especially the old ones just rolling their eyes and chatting in the customer service place) in the self check out

It is a good grocery store.just the front associates needs training and more respectful

This store is very organized and seems to have higher end stuff. I enjoyed shopping here and was able to find everything I came in for

This store has a wonderful freshly made French Bread and Raisin Bread. It is worth a trip there just for those two items. The produce is fresh and the meat is tasty and reasonably priced.

Let’s clean up the bakery folks and make sure you put those tabs on the bread properly and all baguettes and French bread should be totally enclosed.

This place is relatively clean, but more garbage bins should be added in the store. Adding a few more price checking scanners would be nice.

Nice clean store. Great selection. One thing I'm always disappointed in with Superstore is their deli meat selection. Their prepackaged options are limited and very small.

Trying to find items needed, lots of empty shelves, ended up going to Walmart to get the majority of what I needed.

Staffs not very friendly. They were starring at us like we were trying to rob something? We were out with baby and had to grab diapers to change for him as well as buying some grocery items. So we paid for diapers, go to washroom then came back to pick up items and checked out 2nd time. A staff was starring at us scanning items while what he could do is just simply ask us for the receipt when we done. Made us feel so uncomfortable I’ll never come back and only go to st.james location near my house.

Great Place to buy your weekly grocery, amazing customer service, since I moved near didn't need to go to other places for basic needs

My go-to location for grocery shopping right now. Reasonable prices and great selection of good quality products. They always have a sale on something so you're bound to find a good deal on something, especially if you're a PC Optimum member/points collector, which I highly recommend. Remember to support Canadian products and businesses whenever you can!

The cashiers and customer service staff are really friendly. I really dislike their pc express service though. Which sucks because it's supposed to be more convenient. It takes a long time for pick up and most of the time I'm missing an item or the freshness of the product is usually stale or not great. (Bread that molds in a day, or berries that are half rotten etc) I definitely don't use their pc express if I dont have to. Id much rather shop in person. The store layout is pretty good and it's pretty clean for the most part.

Found what I was looking for, very well setup and easy to find what you are looking for, friendly staff even with masks you could see that they were smiling

The carts weren’t clean and the point system is non-existent unless you download offers. Customer service really could be improved.

I went to NoFrills, not superstore and I like the way they have the cash set up and in was able to find some great deals.

Superstore is close to my house and they have everything. They have all you need and the store is big. They also have good prices.

I noticed a lot of the customers were not practicing social distancing and there is a lack of directional arrows in the aisles. As a result, people were literally only a few inches apart as the aisles are already narrow. I spoke with the manager about this and she did not seem to care about my concerns or the fact that people were not distancing themselves. Very rude lady.

It wasn't busy at 8 am but much busier at 5. Has new evening hours since the change in Sunday hours.

Your covid restrictions are certainly not as solid as your competitors, which I find concerning. Also, the salad dressing selection at this particular location is pretty bad.

Similar to other complaints, I have not seen an employee sanitize a shopping cart for months. I used to be a weekly shopper here (for many years), spending $200-$250 a week, until I saw the employee who was collecting shopping carts take off his mask at the FRONT DOOR and snot into a napkin in full view of everyone. I was utterly disgusted. You could see the snot connecting the napkin to his face. Total disregard for cleanliness, and if he was sick why was he working? I will take my business elsewhere. Happened Nov 11 around 9 pm, check your surveillance cameras. Ironically this was the day before total lockdown because some Manitobans aren't taking restrictions seriously enough and ruining it for the rest of us, like this Superstore employee.

If you must shop here, wear protective gloves if you touch the carts, or sanitize them yourself. The employees sure don't. At Sobey's and Safeway they have employees doing that right until close.

I HATE the people who park their cart on one side of an aisle, and bend over to shop on the other side, blocking the aisle completely.

But the store, the staff, and 5he selection of products is of very high quality.

First time at Superstore, I will I honestly say I won't be back. Prices are higher then most others. The desserts are old and dry. Produce didn't look that fresh. No hot food to take home except chicken, not a favorite.

I've only used the click and collect at this location and have had great success. The last women that brought our groceries our to us was so kind and friendly! She notice that the bread has been squished and she went back in and brought out new fresh loaves! So impressed and happy!

I enjoy stopping by this fabulous place for a variety of reasons. The shelves are full with a large seasonal stock, lots of different varieties with large international selection, fresh baked products, lots of different stock sales and very friendly staff. When seeking a specific special product and you seek advice or assistance. Staff directed me to the person who had all the answers plus the store agreed to special order in. It doesn't get better than that.

Jessie did a great job as a cashier. She helped to resolve the issue regarding the old purchases. I would be happy in shopping from Superstore in future.

The staff were working very hard to get the shelves restocked after panic buying this past weekend. One staff members went out of their way to get me an item that was deep on a pallet and another actually brought a pallet from the back to get me another item. I regret not getting their names because I think this sort of service deserves recognition,

It's a good supermarket. Being a bit smaller than some Superstores, it's a bit more manageable. That said, it's still big and has the full range of products.

I do a majority of my family shopping at RCS and I'm generally satisfied.
Clean, well laid out, virtually any and all groceries can be found here.
Washroom at this location is above par.

When to customer service cause I found a credit card, stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for 2 girls at customer service to finish their conversation unrelated to work. Finally another person saw me and helped. Worst customer service ever.

I usually enjoy shopping at Superstore, however today I had the worst experience! I was followed by an undercover security, I guess because I was taking my time checking sale clothing items and killing time because the pharmacist told me to wait 30 minutes, and at the check out my card wasn't working, it got declined even before I had a chance to enter my pin code! It was a royal bank card! I had plenty of money! I figure it was a way to intimidate me or something

I found a good variety of fruit and vegetables. In this one the Cassava root looks particularly good. However didn't found Collard greens that I was looking for.

Run of the mill superstore. Nothing to special though in spring and summer they have a nice selection of beautiful flowers. I also saw that they have police in store now for safety. I am happy to see that! Way to go

Narrow, awkward parking lot. Hard for pedestrians to safely navigate with their carts and young children. Store departments inside don't flow nicely, the layout is just as awkward as the parking lot. Makes for a crowded shopping experience. Will drive to another Superstore the next time to avoid this experience again.

Nothing against the store itself. I hate the customers. Brainless, self-absorbed, inconsiderate, and intolerable

Went there recently to pick up groceries on Jan 22/19 - all their family size packages of lean ground beef and boneless chicken breasts had a best before date for the next day - that's dozens of kilograms of meat all best on that day only and at full price - all their bread too was best before Jan 23/19 - who wants a loaf of bread that's good for one day and may taste like sh*t the next - total garbage - ended up putting everything in my cart back and leaving - should have left everything in the cart to rot with the rest of the garbage there but I don't work for the proudly Canadian Superstore - definitely a canadian enterprise - keep bringing immi-ignorants who are okay with it.

Always at the Dells deals and half the time they don't even know how to put up signs so you get free of it under $10

After signing a receipt to verify a credit value I was asked for ID of my signature. I asked why "well to determine that I'm not using a stolen credit card". She didn't bother to look at the back of my card to see my signature. I complained to the customer service & I was told that was policy but I've never been asked for ID before and I explained to the woman that Suzanne (clerk) could've checked my card to match the signature to the receipt. She didn't seem to care. I'm an honest 72 year old senior who won't go back to that store which I've been going to for several years. I'm insulted to be treated like a thief by these two very unprofessional women.

So, I'm a big fan of Real Canadian Superstores, but the one located at Grant & Kenaston is one of my least favourites. It's small compared to others in the city which means smaller product selection. The bakery is really limited too. It still has reasonable prices, PC products, a gas station in the parking lot, friendly staff, etc, but it just doesn't have the same product diversity as larger Superstores in the city, especially when the St. James location is only a five minute drive away.

Some very good food and salads. Good sale values if you look for them. Sometimes hard to find items.

The store is smaller than most superstores and the aisles are narrower. Pickup service is available but can be slow some times.

Its a decent place to go grocery shopping. One issue most people have is the aspect of bagging your groceries yourself. This does not work for everyone and it's something that should be taken into account when shopping there. Clean store and friendly staff. If you need some groceries and your in the area, it's definitely a option.

I ️ Superstore. Always great prices, I don't have any issues with the things I need being out of stock but I try to shop at hours when I know it will be less busy. This superstore has smaller carts which seems like a silly thing to care about but I love the maneuverability and it holds the groceries I need.
