Red Lobster

I came in last weekend and had the best ultimate feast of my life! But I’d also like to mention I’m a server myself and I can’t believe how good of a server my girlfriend and I had. His name was Thor he was fast, funny, friendly and made us feel so welcomed. We will be back and we will be requesting him next time too!

Aimee D was our waitress tonight. She was absolutely amazing. She knew everything about the menu and spoke wonderfully. She is definitely an asset to the restaurant. Had a great date night with the hubby!

We were there for lunch and the place was pretty much empty (despite the parking lot being full). Our lunch was pleasant. The service was phenomenal our server was friendly and informative. We ordered the Mushrooms Neptune appetizer and a few drinks. The food was great as always, looking forward to my next visit.

Lacking in customer service with there staff, they do not remember your order, and friendliness, but food was great as always, clean up your staff and it would be perfect 5.

The food is very good. The only reason I couldn't give all 5 stars is due to the waiter who sports an enormous beard. A beard is extremely unsanitary and I'm nauseous thinking his hairs might fall in my food. He should wear a net when serving food.

Great food as usual. Service was better than usual. They repeatedly offered refills for the all you can eat shrimp. Certainly not stingey.

Big serving. As always I like the shrimp feast. Calamari tempura was okay. Bun were always good. Friendly staff and service was actually fast when we dine in.

Went for the endless shrimp and it's worth it.

Love red lobster, and Winnipeg’s Red Lobster is awesome if you have a chance you have to go and try it.

THE BEST steak I have ever had, not even comparable to the Keg or Montana's. You wouldn't think a sea food based restaurant would be known for the best steak in town but it is! Give it a try and you won't be let down I promise. Best service and food I've had in a long time. Try the mushroom caps as well that was my next favorite item! My boyfriend had the crab was also AMAZING.go here!

My family went for lunch. The food and service was fantastic! What was really bad was the lack of cleanliness. The ledge next to our booth was full of dead bugs. There was so much dust on the light shade it was falling on the table. So many handprints on the glass dividers. When we brought the filth to the managers attention he said it just wasn’t done that morning they must have missed it. There is no way that amount of dirt and grime was from one night. Makes me wonder if the dining area gets no attention what does the kitchen look like. So disappointed. When restaurants are struggling to survive right now apparently Red Lobster doesn’t care enough to keep the guests that do come. The manager couldn’t even be bothered to apologize. He must have been busy…. Definitely not cleaning.

Food was great as always and server was nice too. When I got the home and checked the bill, they charged $5 ($2.49*2) for the games which no one played. My wife said she was looking for the menu on the tablet and might have touched the game’s screen. You guys have to remove that tablet or add friction before charging people. We tipped well and when we got home, it felt like we were scammed by the tablet.

Waiter made the girlfriend feel uncomfortable. Like we where bothering him by being there. I found him odd. Thought he was new.
I told the waiter I really liked peppercorn steak and asked if your was good and if so I’d have that.
What I got was a plain steak. Cooked well and all but not a peppercorn steak. When I told the waiter it’s not what I ordered he said that it was. It’s suppose to have peppercorn sauce of some type. He left and came back with two little dishes of some kind of mustard with table pepper mixed in. Not sure what exactly it was.
There was an issue with the birthday cake. Like he said they had something before we ordered, but when it came time to order it, you didn’t.
Trying to pay the bill the waiter said use the machine on the table and let me know if you need help then he walked off. The device didn’t work. Touch screen did nothing. It took so long to flag someone down, it timed out. Finally got a manager (or something). I told him it didn’t work and he insisted I just didn’t know what I was doing. Then when I finally got it through to him that the touch screen doesn’t work he accused me of breaking it. How absurd.
Then the waiter came around and they started talking to the manager about diagnosing it, how many are broken, if they could fix it, etc etc. Until I finally had to but in and tell them I don’t care about any of this. Take your discussion to the back. We would like to pay and leave.

So, though the steak that I got was wrong (tell your cook to look at pictures online) it was pretty good. Had no problems with the food otherwise, but everything else seemed pretty sub par for sure.

I’ve been going to red lobster ever sense I was a baby, they have changed so much over the years it’s crazy. The staff has always been awesome and friendly, the wait times to get in have never been supper long. However some of the things that made this place special is gone, you now get a paper menu rather then the nice leather fancy ones, there are limited menu items and the prices have been jacked up so high you can at least expect to spend 90 dollars for a table of two. We had the daily special and seafarers feast, the feast was awesome, but the sirloin daily special was half the size you’d expect for the price. Overall I love red lobster but I’m not sure If I want to go back and spend a chuck of my pay check for a smaller amount then what I could get at the keg. I guess you could say I have faith that they will improve one day and be the red lobster I remember.

Stuffed mushrooms were rice and oinion no cream cheese or seafood covered in melted cheese to cover rice and onion. Our server was Jeff in Regina location. I can't do any kind of onions bothers my stomach. We asked Jeff if they changed the stuffing he asked Manager and they had. To bad they didn't change it at the time on the menu. Maybe now they they but we have not gone back. The appy the important starter.

I love Red Lobster! Monday night was all your can eat Shrimp! Myself and two of her sisters' took one of my very good friends to Red Lobster to celebrate her birthday. Each of them ordered the Shrimp. I ordered Bay Scollops. EACH of us thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered. We even went back for seconds and thirds. I would absolutely recommend Red Lobster to any one liking fish. The complimentary Garlic Cheese Biscuits are wonderful as well. A fabulous night out-good food, good drinks, wonderful service and the price ain't that bad either.

Give it a go-I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

I did not have too wait when I got there, I was escorted to my table. The waitress took my order and I received my order faster than I expected for what I had ordered. The food was good, I enjoyed my meal.

We never had a problem every time we come and visit this place. However we usually come here only for a special occasion because it can get fairly pricy. But… the Food is always good. Don’t get me started with the biscuits. That by itself…. Hahah.
Service was very friendly and helpful. Even the manager came out to greet us as well which was nice.
Following Covid protocols and you feel safe dining inside.
We will visit with our next celebratory occasion.

We had dinner at Red Lobster last evening. It was a lovely experience. We were seated in a booth and as we were settling at the table a nice young man came and asked if we were comfortable. He had noticed my arthritis was making things a little difficult. We thanked him and assured him all was fine. Our waitress was a delightful young lady who made us feel very special. The meal was delicious and well presented. My birthday was made especially enjoyable and we will recommend Red Lobster to all our friends

Their online menu is good but does not let you know that there are delivery only items they refuse to honor in store. Price is reasonable for the food quality though the wait staff I had was less than stellar, bordering on impolite at some points of the meal.

Had our first restaurant experience since the beginning of the pandemic. We ordered the new Sesame-Soy Salmon Bowl and the Nashville Chicken Sandwich. The Nashville was tried and sent back. Zero taste and zero spice. After discussing it with our server Rachelle Z she sent over the manager. We felt zero customer service. End result was the sandwich wasn’t changed for. Rachelle went from being a cheerful server to a really cold one to the point where my receipt was thrown at me after I paid for it. As a loyal customer ordering takeout several times to support restaurants I’m highly disappointed in this interaction and never plan to attend again.

Met with friends while visiting the city. Our waiter, Sean, was absolutely incredible. The food was delicious, everyone loved it and service was reasonable even thought it was a busy night.

My only comment is my friend and I ordered the crab legs, and both of us noticed that one "set" of the three were cold and had missed being flavored while the other two sets in both our meals were hot and bursting with flavor. Probably just a small mix up since it was such a busy night.

Awesome food with great service! However, Online ordering doesn't work 3/4 of the time and call-in orders are very annoying and take about 15 mins just to order a few items. They really need to work on this and we'll only order when the website order feature works.

Service was outstanding. Flavor of steak outstanding.portion of garlic mash potato nor so much.no word of a lie, it was the size of a tablespoon and no more.ceasar salad wasn't very exciting either. Thankfully I had the delicious Red Lobster buns to fill me up. Overall for what you pay, the portion size of the entree is quite small. So if you are looking for quality and quantity, then you have come to wrong place. Go to McDonald's for the quantity first, then go to Red Lobster for the quality.

Great food, great service. We split the daily lunch special and it was fantastic. Tony would appear out of nowhere with refills, no questions asked. The Wagyu cheeseburger take home was excellent even after re-heating. Lunch rush wasn't too busy, but they need to open at 11.

My daughters ordered the Ultimate Feast which they said was perfect, however my dish (lobster tail/shrimp skewer/salmon) was mediocre, at best.
The lobster tail was tough and difficult to get the meat out, and the salmon was dripping in grease and had an odd taste. I also didn't receive any shrimp sauce or butter with my dish. Our meals were ordered via delivery to our hotel, so I didn't bother trying to get my order corrected. This was just really disappointing for me.

One of the best restaurants in winnipeg. This is my second year celebrating my birthday with them and even though I could not dine in they still made me feel special. Not to mention the food which taste even better every time. The staff is super friendly and the manager guy always walks around and check on his guests. Beautiful, I love them.

I’ve had seafood feast or something similar and it was absolutely delicious! It’s was two lobster tail, each cooked differently and shrimp pasta. The potion was super big. The lobster was very tender and was cooked just fine. The appetizer I preferred was fried calamari, which was great. No strong smell and was not chewy at all. The staff are very nice and our server was really amazing. I highly recommend this place!

I hadn't been back to Red Lobster for many years. I remember now why. Went back today and the food was awful. The lobster tails were dry and ultra salty. The sidings were a mountain of carbs soaked in fish sauce.

We went for our 19th anniversary dinner, it was so great to be out!
The service at red lobster is always A+. They hire the best of the best. This place has always been expensive, extra expensive I feel. They now have games on the table, digital tablet. Its $2.50 is added to your bill if you play any games.
Its more of a place to go for a special occasion, celebration, birthday, anniversary, etc.the location is great, its on the #1 highway.its the last location in Winnipeg. We had lobster fest meals and we were so full on the amazing bunz, we took most of it home. See you next year!

The staff on the phone was kind of ignorant and rude. I asked to called about the reservation since there wasn’t any info about it on the website. I did not know they don’t take reservations on Fridays and Saturdays. She just said we don’t take reservations on these days and hung up on me first. Without asking if I have any other questions. Felt very ignored.
Detailed information about reservations should be explained on the website and especially with the restrictions placed during the pandemic.
Not so good customer service and highly disappointed.

Service was quick, seafood not over cooked, covid rules they had were understandable, only 30 minute wait and that was quicker then they said, overall experience was impeccable, couldn't ask for anything more from them. Devoured food! Ultimate feast, classics buns and the best dessert!
