Had fun with family there. Nice rides. The food was ok. Clean washrooms. It was the last day for this year, so too many people and long queues. Next year will go little early.

It's Winnipeg's largest summer fair. Lots of rides, many that have been there for 20 years and lots of newer ones to! There is something for everyone, model boats, indigenous displays, equestrian events, science shows, bands, vendors and of course all that goes with being at a carnival. Some of the top rides or different activities are extra cash. Parking was 5 bucks.

Has been many decades since attending the Ex. While the location has changed much is the same. The venue is much better suited for this than before. While some rides are gone, and some new ones have taken their place I was somewhat surprised how many are still operating.
We spent a few hours touring the events and shows and there was a few things of interest. Most anyone will find something to amuse themselves with.

I had not been to the Red River Ex in about 20 plus years- it’s funny how many of the same rides there were from back then and how many from 40 years ago. There were a ton of security and they checked all our bags.
We loved creating memories with our grandkids. The only downside is the cost. Entrance fees, wrist bands for a family of 4 and myself was close to $300 -
Parking was not an issue. Games are $10 for one try. Food is what you would expect at the Ex.
Will definitely bring my grandkids back as it is such a fun tradition.

My family and I recently had the pleasure of attending the Red River Exhibition and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped foot onto the vibrant fairgrounds, I was blown away by the incredible atmosphere and the wide variety of activities available.

The Red River Exhibition truly offers something for everyone. Whether you're a thrill-seeker, a foodie, or a lover of live entertainment, this annual event has it all. The thrilling rides cater to people of all ages, and the smile-inducing games and challenges guarantee endless laughter and excitement. From classic favorites to exhilarating new attractions, there is never a dull moment.

The food selection at the Red River Exhibition is beyond amazing. The enticing aromas wafting through the air will make your taste buds jump with anticipation. From deep-fried delicacies to mouthwatering barbecues, the options are endless. And don't even get me started on the delectable treats available at every corner - funnel cakes, cotton candy, and a variety of other sweets that will make your inner child squeal with delight!

Overall, I highly recommend the Red River Exhibition to anyone looking for an extraordinary celebration of fun, food, and entertainment. It truly is an event that caters to all ages and interests.

Tons of fun! Rides, food, games. Whats not to love.
This year was the most expensive its even been though. Lowest price of any of the games is $10.be prepared. Lol

I’m was pretty nice but i think it was wayy to expensive with entrance fee and tickets cost like 22 for$20 and 55 for $50 or something like that and 1.00 a ticket and each ride was like 4-8 tickets worth so it would be expensive if u are more then like 1 person.the rides were very nice i liked the mouse and the swing tower thing! (i don’t really remember the names) but yeah the only thing not good was probably the prices but it was still a great experience.

It's was the worst yr and terrible experience for my younger granddaughter.
Sheonlyvwent on two rides un so called kiddyland.
Bought a all ride oass and an express ride pass over 65.00
It's now required for an adult ride o those little rides. She is almost 40inches
But yet they said an adults need to buy a pass or tickets to go on with the child. This was a waste if my money and I bought 6 all day passes and 5 express. Not going aGain

It was our first time as a family. There was something to see and do for everyone! I was amazed and impressed at how many places there were to sit down, the music, the entertainment, the displays, the friendly staff, and the wide variety of food and beverages.and of course the rides! Everything was well organized including the parking lot and staff. At the entrance, we were greeted with an honest smile, and welcomed by a clown who made my son a balloon dog. Definitely a great experience had by all, we will be back again!

What's the point of buying an express pass when it takes longer to get on the ride than wait in the regular line? Also, $10-20 dollars for those rigged carnival games? What? There was even 5 or 6 rides that were broken down and not available.won't be going back next year.

It was a fun and exciting experience.
The adrenaline rush is just awesome.
The lines are pretty big on a busy day, thats the only downside in my opinion
12 June 2023 16:55
Long line ups.
Very hot out.vendors have very poor products
Slushy for 5.00$ bucks tasted like icy water tossed it in the garbage
Bought a elephant ear was raw and gross 10.00$

We had a good time overall. Rides were fun. Crowd were smaller earlier in the day. If the Express pass is worth it is definitely debatable. At times waiting in the express lane actually took longer because a set amount are let through and more non-express get on the ride. Food & drinks are of course expensive.

The Red River Ex offers a diverse range of attractions, games, and shows that cater to all ages. However, the high costs of rides and games, as well as the disappointing quality of food and drinks, can be a drawback. Consider the high prices and average taste when deciding to visit.

Red River Ex is a great place overall, that being said, please for God’s sake ban cigarettes and vapes.
If you are going with kids, please keep them close to you as it’s not that it’s not safe there, but incidents do tend to happen and there is a lot of people there. (Safety is okay at the best)
Overall though it is a great overall experience, do highly recommend it!

Terrible, overpriced and underwhelmed. Lines were incredibly long and the Ferris wheel operator at 10pm would not let a couple on alone while there were 5 open chairs. Ruined the meaning of a fair and a fun time. This place is garbage. Would not recommend

The parking was a little chaotic. The parking attendants weren't being of much assistance to us.

Had an ok time time once we got in.having to wait while everyone was wanded and had to walk thru a metal detector.it took almost an hr to get in.once in I was surprised by the fact it was $10 to play any midway carnival game.that's way too much money to spend on games.other that that we had fun. $350 for 2 kids with wrist bands and Express passes. 2 adult admissions and food.good thing that my kids didn't want to play games as well.thanks for that one relief.thanks rre

Looking forward to being a demonstration artist at the Red River Ex. Drop by the Art Gallery and see what talented artists from Manitoba have created.
