Lori has been caring for my teeth for decades. She is a knowledgeable, skilled and attentive hygienist and a delightful person. It’s an unbeatable combination for someone excavating your teeth with sharp little objects.

Friendly staffs, pretty tight schedule so make sure you book ahead of time but excellent service. Definitely recommend

I have been with them since six years ago, but I decided to quit. Every single service they provide is more expensive than other offices. Once you fully pay for services received, they check insurance for you. Today, three weeks before January when my insurance is renewed, I had cleaning in this office. I thought that my insurance will covered the amount as usual. Many non emergency work have been done, like x-ray. Once I paid the full amount ~$381, I was informed that my insurance had been reached the max. To sum up, if you go to this office, check with your insurance yourself. This office doesn't care about your insurance coverage at all. I was happy with the work of dentists and hygienists.

Reflections Dental Centre is the absolute best! The environment and entire staff makes you feel welcome and instills confidence in you. Dr. Ryan Tsang and Lori whom I've had taking care of my teeth have been a dream! I can't say enough good things! Everyone is so pleasant with big smiles on their faces, you can tell everyone enjoys their job. If anyone is thinking of switching dentists or going to one for the first time, I would totally recommend reflections. Their Covid protocols are outstanding! 10 stars! Thank you!

Staff are very professional, personable and competent. The options available, regarding dental procedures and payment, are explained, you are given an opportunity to ask questions. Appointments are typically on time and the work is completed within the time indicated. Very comfortable waiting area.

It's been over 10 years that I have been a patient at Reflections and I’ll keep coming back. Dr. Ryan Tsang is professional and kind, personable and easy to talk to. My Hygienist Kendra is great at her job, as well as putting me at ease when my nerves kick in. In fact, the whole staff is kind and accommodating. (Their COVID-related cleaning protocols include an air filtration system that is worth asking them about. Any explanation of mine won't do it justice.)

My hygienist is effective, gentle, and gives my sore jaw little breaks. She even reduces my TMJ pain with a mouth 'prop' so holding my mouth open for that long doesn't hurt.
