Do not trust them with your eyebrows. I only asked for a cleanup and now one of them is totally butchered and reshaped. I didn't fully notice after she showed me the mirror quickly, but when I got a good look in the bathroom is when I discovered the terrible job. They don't even have a proper salon bed for you to lie down on, they make you sit in a chair at the back of the store all the while your neck is being strained. That should have been my first clue to walk out and say no way. What is even more aggravating is I think the tech knew because one of the other workers started looking at my eyebrows and telling me how nice they are. Really it's my fault for thinking this place would do a good job on eyebrows I guess.

Love going here. It's my friends and i go to place. I've had no issues here. If there was the ladies are always pleasant to deal with and quick to fix things.

Please do not go here. They are such a busy salon that when I went it was not at all a good experience. They need a receponist. I started by asking how long it will take to wait to get a pedicure. I was told "not long" and directed to a chair in which they left me in for over an hour soaking my feet. The women next to me getting her nails done they were rushing to finish and they kept hurting her feet. The water in the bowl looked dirty, I could see things floating in it. I said something and the tech was insistant she had just poured it clean and fresh. I had not seen her do that but it was very hot. My feet were burned. It was then after an hour of soaking my feet that I was asked to move to a manicure table to wait because anether lady " had arrived for her appointment" I said no to moving and had my feet done.the tech working on me I had before but this time she was rushing si much. She broke my big toe nail in half and covered it up. She got shellac on my skin and used her nail to remove it. Doingso left a ridge on my nail but it took so long and I did not go back to fix it because of horrible service. Now I am stick with a severely disfigured toe Nail and much pain. DO NOT go here at all to get any work done

Avoid this place at all costs. Poor quality, rushed and painful pedicures and low standards of sanitation are observed here. I am just sorry to have endured the experience because now my feet are infected and my nail is broken strsight thru the middle. Please do NOT go here for any work done on your body.

It was a long wait in the chair. Too many people accepted. Soaked feet until they were freezing. But good job done.

Love the environment and atmosphere.staff is super friendly.the tech i had did such a pretty design and she was so quick and gentle:)

I went to this salon before covid and it was a hit and miss as to the quality of service.
I went there during the week of May 23rd for a pedicure and was talked into a manicure as well even though I told the girl that I had an appointment in an hour. She assured me they would do both at the same time!
The girl who did my pedicure kept asking me if I was ok which I found rather odd.
Prior to covid I left with a fairly decent pedicure and my feet were soft. This time not so! My toe nails were not all the same length!
The manicure was something else! The girl asked what shape I wanted my nails. I told her I would like them square. Each nail was different. Some were rounded and the four that were square were slanted. Rather than putting cuticle softener on my nails she put the pink lotion on them! She took the cuticle pusher and ran it over the top of my nail not pushing or cutting my cuticles. She then proceeded to polish my nails with extremely think polish covering my cuticles!

Worst experience ever!

Very bad experience, went first time. In start i kept my mind to go for french nails then i thought of going just shellac manicure. When i told her just do shellac she rudely said ok. And then start talking in her language. I felt so bad, it was like there were talking about me. If you are doing business then you should use common language.
And now i came home the shellac pollish came off. Waste of money, will never recommend anyone.

I'm so satisfied when my nails are done today. The staff is very friendly and carefully when doing my nails. I can't remember exactly her name. Maybe An or Ann. She did a great job! Thank you very much!

Good cuticle treatment and nail shaping. Felt slightly rushed however they did have a few people waiting, which likely reflects their good quality! Hidden gem for affordable nail care.
