I’ve been working with the Westland Insurance team since 2018, this time period includes working with Reider Insurance pre merge.

Recently I was paired up with Colin Walker for execute a time sensitive home fire insurance application that inadvertently feel on the back burner amongst all the action items around buying a house/moving.

After a quick introduction, Colin sprung into action and within 72 hours, no shortage of emails, it was all wrapped up. Colin used clear and helpful language in his explanations on our options.

I would strongly recommend not only using Westland Insurance next time you need an insurance broker, but asking for Colin Walker. Everything you want in an insurance expect, he had, again not only prompt, but most importantly, explained everything in just the right amount of detail (believe me there is a too much detail zone and he’s didn’t go near that zone)

Very freindly staff, specially kiran she was very helpful and she told me about lay-up insurance instead of cancel my insurance. She called mpi to resolve my issue of insurance.

Great service, helping, quick service by Insurance advisor name Kiran. Went to change home address and served according to satisfaction by Kiran.

Worst customer service. I've tried going to this location multiple times thinking that the poor service may have been just 1 off but it isn't. Reps offer no help and give wrong information causing you to have to go back and forth.
