Please avoid this store. Worst store in the winnipeg with high prices and return policy.
Highly disappointed

Needed a part for my stove. Called Monday, delivered Tuesday. Person I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. Excellent service.

Bought a small dryer part that was in stock ended up needing a belt went to return it and was told 20% restocking fee. I guess to put it on the shelf it came off from. Stupid policy for in stock items, and they probably wonder why people would order online from amazon with free returns. Anyways I'll choose to spend my money elsewhere.

Tried calling and rang twice then line went dead. Keeps happening.

Update- Thank you for letting me know. Do you have a replacement washing machine drain pump for a Model BFW36W/XAC?

Trying to reach you guys. The order I placed online that was for some reason cancelled required me to call your 800 number where I got a kid that had no idea how to follow instructions. I figured we would not receive our parts since this kid couldn't seem to focus on anything. Now we have a charge on our Visa and the parts that we need are delivered somewhere in Winnipeg. I'll just come down in person I on Monday to have that charge removed.

Fast and friendly service. They even had the parts I needed on hand, although the product isn't even made anymore.

We needed two parts for our microwave. One part was in stock in Winnipeg and the other was in Calgary. We placed the order on June 2,2021 and everything was ready for pickup by us in Winnipeg on June 4,2021! Amazing service and staff. Guy (Winnipeg)

Called ahead. Jason recalled what I wanted and immediately picked the part I wanted. Reasonable prices. Was in and out in less than 3 minutes.

It seems like every time I go to reliable parts I get what I need in a timely manner and that helps me a lot with my repairs.

Rude staff.expensive prices and no return even tho they sold me a faulty part. Not going back here.

Went to this location to buy an air filter for our refrigerator a few days ago. Both guys at the front (one with glasses specifically) was ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Clearly they don’t like working there. They got us the wrong filter and wouldnt let us return it. The guy was so rude on the phone too. The parts are way over priced.
Seriously, how hard is it to replace the wrong filter YOU guys gave us? I suggest if you want your place to sell, maybe get new staff and lower your prices. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Horrible service and rude employees!

I ordered a dishwasher hose for my Samsung dishwasher. I had trouble finding the proper part since Samsung released a more generic part that did not have the 3/4" drain connector. Reliable's website showed they had the original OEM hose with the 3 sizes available on the drain side, 5/8,3/4 and 1". I put in the order notes that I needed the 3/4" size for my drain. A week later the part was ready for pickup and it didn't have the 3/4" option. I mentioned to the guy handing out the parts and he accused me of ordering the wrong part. I strongly objected to his accusation and I even showed him the order that showed they substituted it out even though I was very specific about the size for my situation. He was nicer when I stood up to him and gave him heck for accusing me of not knowing what I was doing but he denied culpability because the notes aren't available for him to see, so it was not his fault. I could have just ordered the generic version from elsewhere for $10.00 less and wouldn't have waited a week. Very disappointed.

This is always my go-to for appliance parts (washer, dryer, and today the hidden stove element).

I was looking for a microwave door switch. Their price is $59 for 1 switch. The exact same model on amazon is only $15 for 2. I’d like to support local business but this is just way overpriced. Also the man answering the phone told me electronic parts are not refundable even it’s the wrong part. Wow! What’s an amazing policy!

Well nice they had my part that I though I needed but stove didn’t work 80 dollars later they won’t take part back, could of got the bake burner at Rona or Home Depot for 12.95 great

Went there to pick up a French door spring for my fridge. I brought with me a picture of the fridge, model number, and serial number. Alex was not interested in any of that info even though I tried to give it to him. He asked if it was an LG, I responded that it was a Samsung. He proceeded to go to the back to get me the part, and to my disappointment, it turned out to be the wrong one when I went to change it.

Hidden gem. Found the part that I needed to repair my dishwasher here and saved myself a lot of money.

This place charges a 20% restocking fee for returning parts. I had no idea it was so difficult to place an item back on the shelf. What a joke. I don't recommend this place to anyone and would never do business with them again

Overpriced parts. Realized after my purchase that almost everyone else was cheaper. Called customer service and they were useless. Very poor packaging as the box was 10 sizes too big with no padding. Check elsewhere before you buy here.

The website stated that WSO1F06400 valve control assembly updates part number WB21X21506. I received the part and one gas line port on the new part is bigger than the old, so the regulator cannot be used. There were also different shorter connectors on the new part, preventing using the same mounting holes. My invoice number is 2780405 to help prevent somebody else purchasing the incorrect part in the future.

Prices are significantly overpriced. If you can wait for parts, check prices online first. They tend to guage because they know most people cannot afford to wait. Otherwise their service is fine

Rude people horrible customer service, i needed a part for my washing machine and they told me i could only purchase the entire water pump which cost me $266.66 later that day i went online only to realize that the entire water pump was only $70.00 so i went there to return the water pump which was still unopened and one guy said there was scratches in side a part of the pump i didint even open the box, but the other guy told him its fine and i still had to pay the 20% restock fee which was $53.00 this junk store just robs people of their money, never coming back

The staff is very friendly and I do not have any complains about them. My complain is the cancellation policy. The moment order is placed you will be charged 20% restocking fees on any cancellation. I was able to find the same part 30 % cheaper on Amazon but with cancellation fees did not make sense to cancel my existing order. I asked them to match the price but they this is not the part of their business policy.
