Place to go, careful about park pass. This is a national park, province park pass doesn't work. You have to buy separate pass inside and fishing permit is different too.

We love going to riding mountain! The campground is clean and well maintained with free hot showers. Sites have generous sizing and have raised fire pits that are very handy for cooking on the fire. Any pet owners we have encountered have been friendly and courteous with our dogs. The town is always fun with plenty of shops and restaurants…something for everyone. There are a few options for bike rentals that are reasonably priced and so much fun. The hiking trails are gorgeous! Lots of options for any fitness level.
We’ve also enjoyed staying in an Otentik and highly recommend!

I highly recommend to come to see you riding mountain
Specially, the cinnamon buns from White House bakery is very famous

Beautiful park. The Parkway was an excellent way to view wildlife (moose, bear and birds of prey). Highest 19 and the road to Lake Audy are travel and slow going.
Wasagaming is cute, kitschy, kind of like a mini Banff.

I've been to alot of parks, and this one is amazing! Campsites are lovely, lots of access to drinking water. Great beach area. Campgrounds are within walking distance from a lively downtown core. Beach. Stores. Restaurants. Ice cream. Grocery. Clothing. Rental of cabins, hotel, bikes, eBikes, pontoons, boats, paddle boards, kayaks, peddle boats. Regular and frequent staff patrolling the campgrounds, as you have bears. Commissionaires do security patrols. Very clean, well organized campgrounds! Very attractive cabins. Lots of walking and biking paths. Gotta see the Wishing Well is a must if you like to see how Nature and human interaction can blend together beautifully. The marsh trail, Ominnik, is a boardwalk and wheelchair accessible, not very long, but is very interesting. Golfing within the park may be pricey, but there are other options just outside the park at Onanole.

This is a beautiful place to visit. But compared to other parks it has limited things to do. It's good for biking around wasagaming and has a couple hikes to go on. But I have been coming here for over 20 years and there is less and less to do. They have closed trails down and haven't replaced the look out tower that used to be a nice drive to get to. It's pretty sad. A week is definitely too long here. The stores and restaurants have for sale signs in front of them. Sad to see what was once a very busy and fun place to visit with a lot to do has turned into an overpriced vacation with very limited activities. Recommend no more than 3 days or you will be bored.

Great park with enough but not too much of services; lot of wildlife, good trails. Need to be cautious about bears.

Thanks! I appreciate all your hard working and efforts to provide services but, I see mismanagement here.
There are not enough facilities in regards to the whashrooms, showers, sink for washing the dishes,
a small shelter to keep the woods dry for setting fire and so on.

A unique location in Manitoba to see wildlife. We have visited the park in July/August several times, but the latest trip was in May, over the Victoria day long weekend.

Vegetation and the surrounding looked quite different from the peak summer season and we sighted bears along the Hwy 10 en route to Dauphin and back several times. Altogether probably over 15 bear sightings.

The park is lovely. I recommend a visit for everyone there are activities for different tastes.
The lake is really clean as the name says, the main beach is not big but sufficient.
There is infrastructure suitable for leisure places: restaurants, shops, etc. There is a large camping nearby.
An ideal place to relax.
Attention, the entrance to the park is payable (it is a national park, not a provincial one!) There are also annual passes for about $16 per day.

Allot more days as there are lots of attractions! Will surely come back for more Bison sightings and the wonderful time in the lake

Very nice big campsite. Selectable service scope (electrical, water, sewage) Beautiful lake with many walking and hiking opportunities. Lively place near the campsite (1/4 hour walk)

Love this park!

You can rough it, or head down town for an excellent meal or even a movie.

Fishing, boating, biking, hiking, a place to do all the things!

Definitely a place you need to go to!

Gorgeous and well-kept park and facilities. There is a marked difference between the conditions of provincial parks and Riding Mountain National Park. I can't wait for my next trip to Wasagaming!

Great place to visit. Lots of small shops with tourist type merch. Great ice cream, beaver tails and lots of little restaurants to eat at.

The pier is lovely. You can rent various water craft here. There is also a nice beach area for swimming.

This was our second visit and it doesn't disappoint.

We love camping at riding mountain and try to go at least once every year. The lake is beautiful, nice clear water, just be sure to check if there are any swimming advisories before diving in. We got swimmers itch here, but that was only the one time in over 15 years of vacationing here and hasn't made us love the place any less! Make sure to check out the website and the visitors center once you've arrived. There is a ton of stuff to do here and lots of good information provided on both the website and the center.

This was my first visit to RMNP. The wildlife and scenery was awesome! I hoped to see one bear and I ended up seeing 22, including 6 cubs. I was also incredibly lucky and blessed to get to see a Mama moose and her two calves. This trip will be one of my most memorable and one I will always cherish.
