Working with Right at Home is amazing and beyond the words. As, RAH provides you a great platform and opportunities to develop yourself as well as to connect people around you. Our coordinators Sareeha and Jackie are such an amazing persons who are with their caregivers 24/7. They ensure that their caregivers are safe, getting appropriate hours to work as well as helps in building a suitable connections with their clients. I love working with them and I hope I can serve the community many more years through them.

I have worked with Right at Home for almost two years, and have observed that they endeavour to provide a quality service for their clients while doing their best to support all levels of staff.

Very happy with our experience. The staff were all fantastic with mom, each in their own way. Cynthia was the steady hand, kind and compassionate. Ayo was our eager, helping hand. Doris was bubbly and enthusiastic. All three ladies were helpful not just with mom but with alleviating some of the burdensome, daily tasks that fell on my shoulders. I honestly hope to never have need to hire this company again, but should the need present itself I won’t hesitate to call.

Working with right at home has been amazing; one thing I like about this organisation is that they value and appreciate their employees. Sareeha is an amazing person who is always reaching out to ensure that everyone gets shifts  and  the clients are satisfied. We exstreamly happy with the wonderful service that Rachel, Suzanna, and Dorthea provided. My husband had a surgery and we needed extra help right away and they were able to step in and provide the service we needed. Jackie was also always there when we needed anything or need to talk to somebody about service.

There is no hesitation to say that experience of working with Right at Home is beyond words. Staff here, is very experienced, polite, helping and caring towards clients. All their clients are well cared and satisfied from their services. I recommend people to trust them and give them a chance to serve you. Sareeha, our manager, is very helping and understanding person. As a member of her team, I always feel comfortable to convey my feelings and problems to her being fearless and she always has a solution for every issue. I am impressed by the way she address problems. A big thanks to her for being there whenever we need her.

Had a wonderful experience with Right at Home. It was easy to set up care for my Mum, and the care giver Christina was both professional and warm toward Mum. A pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation. The management staff, was awesome to deal with, giving me weekly reports while I was out of town.

My mom and had a stroke and I had hired a company other than right at home and it was a sham can never find the workers it was awful.
I phoned right at home in desperation and they took over with a blink of an eye it was so fantastic to have a company that could just come in and take over and relieve my stress it is a company that I would recommend to anyone that has I loved one that needs to have assistance.

I broke my ankle in early March and needed personal care and help with household tasks. I called Right at Home the next day to arrange for care. They had so wonderfully looked after my father (who had dementia) and provided respite for my mother over nearly three years. Within a couple of days, RAH sent Sarah W, who became an integral part of my healing and helped keep the household on track. Besides ensuring I had all I needed (shower, getting dressed), she helped with cooking, cleaning (including cupboards and the fridge!), and whatever else needed doing. During the time Sarah was with us, she drove me to several appointments, to get a knee scooter and go for groceries once I could get out. She was kind, friendly and professional, and I am so grateful for her time with us over two months. I highly recommend RAH anytime you need help at home.

The entire team from Right At Home has been exceptional to work with. The professionalism with which they all approach every aspect of care they provide has been a true sanity saver; they have become an extension of our family. From the leadership team of Rafiq, Taz and Naush to the caregivers who have worked directly with us for quite some time now (Ametu, Karen, Baljeet, Beylul), we have found all of the team members to be responsive to, and understanding of, our needs.
