I am a cheesecake fan and this basque cheesecake took a well-deserved place in my heart.

Had the opportunity to sample RIKA Cheese Garden cake at the St. Norbert food tasting in September. Fluffy, luscious, not too sweet- just a delectable morsel. The owners are lovely, hardworking people. I hope everyone gets to enjoy RIKA.

This very unassuming little bakery shop might be slightly hard to find but it’s 100% worth it. (It’s around the corner on the side of the building if you’re heading there using maps). They specialize in Japanese Cheesecakes and Burnt Basque Cheesecakes. Both were fantastic! Japanese Cheesecake was light and fluffy, while the Basque Cheesecake was rich and perfect. My family was thoroughly impressed and I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of their menu!

Ordered 3 Japanese cotton cheesecake before, didn’t like it much as it felt like right out of the freezer and old, I was very upset being a fan of Uncle Tetsu. But I was surprised with today’s order. Had these and another Japanese cotton cheesecake, all of the tasted fresh and amazingly soft. Thank you for the great evening.

THE BEST JAPANESE CHEESECAKE EVER! The ube is definitely my favourite and I will 100% be visiting them more in the future:)

Best Japanese cheesecake ever! I highly recommend their Hanjuku cheesecake. They do free delivery for orders over $50! Very convenient! They now have Doordash as well! If you haven't tried their cheesecake you are missing out!

Blown away by how tasty the Japanese cheesecake and strawberry tiramisu was! It was definitely worth the drive over from unicity! I'll be visiting again very soon! Thank you so much!
