First time at this clinic. Checked in and was told to come back at a specific time. Came back at the exact time I was told to check in again - waited TWO HOURS before I was able to see a physician. Try sitting in a chair for 2 hours. Not very pleasant. Not a good first experience. Will not return.

Dr. Marina Sidra Gerges is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She really listens and can tell she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend her.

It’s complete, utter waste of time coming to this clinic. Avoid at all cost. It’s sad what people have to endure in order to see a doctor in Winnipeg

This place is NEVER taking any walk-ins, even when you go an hour after they open they tell you they’re full, everyday they have a new excuse as to why they can’t take any walk-ins even when they’re open for 5-6 more hours they seem to pick and choose who they’ll accept as a walk in even when it’s empty inside, been trying for weeks to get a basic prescription written. This place should be reported And investigated.

It's so hard to get in as a walk in. I went a couple times and walk ins were already closed, today by noon already.but their website says 9-4, why are they advertising as a walk in all day if it closes so early.just take walk in service out if it's not going to be available to people who needs it, super frustrating

I can’t say enough good things about this clinic and the pharmacy. I’ve had to bring my toddler (& myself) to the walk-in clinic here 6 times now and I never waited longer than 30 mins to be seen. We saw Dr. Allison Stasiuk for my daughter who recommended some resources within the city that we weren’t even aware of prior to our visit. The pharmacist is fantastic as well, always providing information on the medication and going above and beyond. I’m so grateful to have such a great little clinic so close by.

Dr. Fahmy is always rude to my daughter. Every phone call appointment my daughter ends up feeling unheard and not cared for. She has even went as far as raised her voice to my daughter, who was 17 at the time. I do not recommend Dr. Tadary Fahmy as a doctor for ANYONE. Does not listen.

Trying to get in to see a doctor is becoming extremely hard and often the front desk people are very uncaring and unhelpful. Not so at this clinic. I went in without an appointment (as is required by many “walk-in clinics now) and was treated with courtesy and respect at the desk and the Doctor was professional and efficient thorough in her examination and answered all my questions. I called later with a follow up question and the reception personnel were very accommodating. Five stars!

I came in at 3: 30 on a Wednesday in severe pain and the doctor in the clinic, who was still there, turned me away because they wanted to go home. What kind of doctor turns away someone in severe pain?

My daughter saw Dr. Stasiuk for a severe sore throat and days of high fever. Apparently her visual inspection of the throat is a better diagnostic tool than a simple rapid strep test. I was forced to take my daughter to another practitioner who, without hesitation, administered a rapid strep test that came back flaming positive. Untreated strep in kids can lead to serious systemic complications. I hope she didn't bill for my appointment, because I'm not sure what she is billing for. Last I checked, strep requires antibiotics to treat. How would you know unless you took the time to do a basic test? Pure laziness, poor clinical judgement and diagnostic skills. I will be complaining to the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba.

After waiting 2 days for my results they called me & asked which pharmacy I would like my prescription to be faxed too the receptionist put me on hold twice and was very rude, I gave them the exact address of the pharmacy and they told me they would fax it over there and that I should pick it up near the end of the day. After calling the pharmacy they said the prescription was in fact not faxed over there.by that time the walk in was closed and closed the next day because of Sunday hours.so now I’m stuck waiting at another walk in clinic to see yet another doctor because they couldn’t do their job right… really frustrating to say the least I will not be going back here

Some of the nicest, caring doctors & staff I’ve ever met. They’re the next best thing if not on par with family doctor. If I can’t get in to see them.
If you can see Dr. Sidra-Gerges. She’s amazing.

Dr Sidra Gerges is by FAR the best Doctor I have ever had. Such a friendly, knowledgeable and caring Doctor. I highly recommend.

Came in with cold symptoms, I was responsible and took a covid test first which came back negative. They didn't believe me, and forced me to stand outside for 20 minutes in Winnipeg winter weather and administer my own covid test again (in a parking lot.), which was negative. The cold air only made my symptoms worse. Doctor was pleasant, but they charged me $25 for a sick note after a 5 minute examination. Difficult to recommend.

I have gone here a few times and they're always quick to get you in, highly recommend
