The lady (irene) who look after 2425 is the best worker we have and the building is always immaculate and always willing to help in anything we asked for and Francis the previous maintenance did a
very good job helping us when we have problems in our suite.

Apt 410 - 2435

This has been my "home" now for over 4 years. My suite is large, well planned and "homey". Fantastic not to have to drag my laundry down the hall as my in suite laundry appliances are wonderful. So great to have my pooch share my suite and life with me; she also loves her "buddies" and neighbours.
Site manager has a huge never-ending task and is always very caring and kind. These folks actually CARE about their tenants!
Most neighbours quickly become friends.
The location is awesome as everything you might need is within walking distance: groceries, drug store, both major coffee shops, restaurants, gas station, car wash, pet store, vet, dentist, LC, hairstylists and much much more!

I don’t know why Broadstreet properties has such a low rating. The staff here has always been very helpful and accommodating.
I rented a two bedroom one bath room. Master bedroom is very big, so is the kitchen and bathroom. I love how the laundry room also has room to double as a storage room. Convenient to have a dog run.all of my immediate neighbours are friendly nice people who are respectful.

I see people complaining about having to leave the lot during snow removal but how else are they supposed to clean it? Lol

I would have given a five out of five but there has been times where maintenance requests take a while but that’s probably due to staff shortages. The parking spots are a bit tight to be honest so I would even suggest renting two parking spots beside each other. Balconies are pretty small but I don’t really use mine so it didn’t matter

Overall I would recommend River Bend Terrace to friends or family looking for an apartment. Close proximity to Starbucks, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, Sobeys and shoppers drug Mart.

I’m going to give a 3 star only because I’ve rarely had an issue after being here for almost 3 years but in regards to snow clearing … the building should be accommodating to its tenants who PAY the rent not the snow plows … asking us to be out of t he parking lot from 8am to 5pm 100% unreasonable some of us need to be home some of us work from home I waited in the parking lot for 2 hours with no sign of the snow plows so why did I have to leave that early? I understand the parking lot needs to be plowed BUT you can communicate with the plow service and ask them to come between 8-12 or 9-1 … I’m paying for a space that im being told I can’t be in … it’s 2022 not 1995 be aware and conscious that some tenants need to be home … diddle daddling and trying to find something to do for 9 hours … my time and my life is precious everyone’s is and broad street is wasting it with this silliness!
