Went in for a walk-in because of my feverish/chills symptoms but neither my blood pressure or temperature was checked. After telling the doctor about my symptoms, he goes on to use his stethoscope over my sweater?

I have been sick for 3 weeks now, continuing to get worse as I'm coughing and spitting blood. I only go to the walk in when I know my body can no longer fight something on its own. I was brushed off in less than 5 minutes saying “i’ll get over it soon, everyones sick.
I pleaded for antibiotics as i have a heart condition, to help the virus / cold. Only to be told “no” you don’t need it.
What kind of health practitioners are we letting in our city.
Goad he could barely speak English as-well, great way to communicate with patients using broken english.
“Free health care” is failing before our eyes.

Been going to this clinic for a year now. Met Dr. Aric Mahay. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend. 10/10

Doctor was good but location accepts cash only. No debit or visa which causes inconvenience and receptionist does not have specific reason for it as well.

After disappointed by another family doctor, i finally got dr. Vikramjit singh as my family doctor and he is the besttt. He never rushes, nor even uses harsh tone for his patients, instead he is a friendly person. Only exception is a receptionist indian girl who is sooo rude and rushed always. Rest all the doctors are good enough.

The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. She litterly needs some etiquette and be respectful towards the patients. Overall the doctor is pretty good in there job.

I received the worst care ever in my 47 years. I understand that Covid is still a thing, but if you are sick, don't go here, they won't let you be in the building if you have a cough. You are required to stay in your car (no gas coverage, even though it's winter). The doctor will do a phone appointment. He sent me for a chest xray, and didn't bother discussing its with me the next day, when he called back. He just asked me a couple of basic questions and told me that it sounds like I'm getting better and to drink lots of fluids. Needless to say I wasn't happy so I went to a different doctor on Monday.low and behold, I got put on meds. This is just another example of poor patient care.

Receptionist is way rude and unprofessional. Just visiting the clinic because doctor is good but Receptionist must be listening to patients. Even she tried to push the number back in queue to keep me waiting on purpose. When I asked What time slot is ongoing to confirm if i was bypassed. She did not bothered to mention the appointment slots being handled by doctor, instead she just said next turn is yours and then skipped the turn by 2 more times. I have coming to this place since 2017, but looks like new receptionist manpreet would definitely turn dozens of patients away in a short span.

The receptionist is pretty impolite I dont know how she was raised but thats not how you act specially when youre working in a clinic full of strangers. I wonder why shes still here with all the bad comments towards her.

Receptionist was great had no issues whatsoever. Dr Singh addressed my medical concerns in a very timely manner. I was seen right away -quick & easy!

Very rude, asking money on the phone if i missed any appointment.if i got into emergency at the day of my appointment and didn’t attend it they would charge me anyways.
Should change their policy and way of handling patients.

Very rude receptionist. Horrible experience with doctors went in for ear ache his diagnosis was to chew gum to open ear canal.

Big sign on the banner saying " no appointment necessary" but they are not accepting walk ins. Don't expect to go there hoping you can walk in, just book a appointment with your own doc.

One of the best doctor’s in Winnipeg. He listens to your issues patiently and is very empathetic. He is bilingual so thats a pulse point as well.

I would give Doctor Aric a 200 hundred percent if possible. He has been excellent as my family doctor, a trusted hand indeed!

Receptionist is very rude. I called her 4 times. All the times she have same attitude. Please be polite.

Dr. Raj Mahay is my Family's doctor. He is very nice although he doesn't smile that much because he's a serious guy. I still like him as he is very knowledgeable, very informative and compassionate guy. Yesterday I visit the clinic as I have a concern with my daughter and Dr. Raj wasn't there so Dr. Aric is the one who checked up on my daughter. He is really nice and he looks serious too like his father but he is very knowledgeable too, very informative same with his father. Both of them are giving excellent service. Thank you Dr. Aric for taking your time to take care of my daughter, she felt very comfortable. Also thanks to the receptionist i don't know her name but she's a filipino. She's really nice and friendly. Love this walk in clinic! I will always choose to go here for my family bec their service is above my expectations and i highly recommend them!

Highly recommended this clinic especially with Dr. Aric.he is knowledgeable n experienced. His diagnosis n treatment always correct n work. But i would say front receptionists should improve themselves for communication skills.not enough professional.

Me n my family going there for all our health concerns and we are pretty impressed with Dr. Aric.
He know how to take care of his patients. He is so professional n intelligent. Its really difficult to find family doctor here who knows what ur concerns are.

I have used this walk-in for many years and it has been very helpful to me. Wait times have been noticeably improved in recent years. Dr. Raj Mahay has been very helpful to me and is a very pleasant person. Thank you for everything.

My first visit there. Doctor is so nice. Had very good experience. I totally recommend this place.

Have been seeing Dr Mahay for 30 years I was always well taken care of and he is very professional. Thank you to him and his staff for the on going care. There is a pharmacy conveniently located next door.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon, and seen by the younger doc. Good experience, made him my family doc.

Dr Mahay's practices are questionable, after administrating six medicines to a five-year old one finally worked, terrible doctor.

I don't know what's wrong with people. This place is much better than some other walk in clinics.
If you did not experience other places then don't be judgmental. Dr. Mahay is really knowledgeable and knows what he is doing.
Receptionists are always good to me. Had good conversation and gave me correct info.
I had a good experience so would recommend it 100%.

Called to make an appointment, receptionist took down the wrong info and scheduled me for the wrong day. She was very rude about it, and gave me more false information stating they still take walk ins after 5 pm, but when I got there they weren't taking walk-ins. Grimey and gross inside too, probably unsanitary. Do not go here.
