Roblin Animal Hospital has been taking care of our various pet’s healthcare needs for years. We have always found them to have our pet’s best interests at heart. The front office staff are always friendly and the vets take the time to ensure they understand your concerns and to explain themselves. Prices are fair and I never feel oversold on anything.

Highly recommend. Everyone at the clinic is kind and happy to help. Our veterinarian is super professional.

I am taking my dogs to them for over 4 years. They are always treat my dogs the best. The have all the patience to deal with two large dogs that love explore. My dogs love to go there!

Bringing an older pet in for vet services is always difficult because you know that there is probably something wrong and it will probably cost a lot of money to find out what that is. Bringing in a reactive dog is also difficult as you have to ask for special entree so your pet doesn't freak out before their exam. Jasmine was so understanding and so awesome with our shepperd Rocko that I felt very reassured. Dr. Fiske was very thorough and ended up on the phone till well after 6 on a Friday night trying to find the px we needed. Dr. Fiske is always very good about telling what the expense is going to be and what your options are, so it's not a shock when you get to paying the bill. He was also excellent at providing a diagnosis and a treatment plan, while other vets have - in my experience - avoided a diagnosis in older pets relying instead of the px's they have at hand. Most vets can look after a healthy pet quite well, but you need a really good one to look after your sick pet.

The clinic itself has such a positive vibe going. They are welcoming and reassuring. I have been in some clinics that make you feel like a bad pet owner because money can be an issue but Dr. Fiske and his team seem aware vet bills can be a financial and emotional challenge. Knowing that your vet clinic will try to find you and your pet a manageable solution reduces a lot of the stress involved when your pet needs additional care beyond annual shots and pills.

When I called to get a quote to have my kitten spayed I was quoted approx $150 then after the procedure I was charged $230.00. I was quoted in writing $85.00 for blood work and was charged $91.00, I was quoted $48 for iv fluids and was charged $51. I accept some of the add-ons such as bloodwork and IV but then had to ask for other add-ons to be removed such as pet cone. And they can’t say they added taxes onto the extra costs because they charge me GSTPPST for everything. And then on the invoice it says it reflects a non-discounted clients but when I called them they must’ve given me the discounted for clients and then charged me all the extras after. If I would’ve known there were going to cost me this much I would’ve just went to my own veterinarian that was going to charge me 350 for everything. I felt like I was misled with their prices.

I was doubting I wanted to spend another second thinking about this very unpleasant experience we had at Roblin Animal Hospital, but this incident warrants a report, so I will get this off of my chest. I thought after this incident that Fisk would call to at least apologize but no sign of that happening. PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW POSTED BELOW, EXCEEDS CHARACTER LIMITATION HERE.

Very friendly and took the time to explain and answer any questions I had. So happy I switched over to them as they took such good care of my new fur baby.

Took my puppy in to get neutered, that went very well with no complications however they cut his nails too short some were bleeding and now my poor puppy is terrified of getting his nails cut I can barely hold his paw. I used to be able to do them myself with no issues. I wish they would have asked beforehand

I had to make the hardest decision a fur mama has to make. Letting going of my sweet baby. He was born disabled and he was having a very rough go at life. I saw Dr. Kusa. He seemed so genuine and was very kind. He helped me make the decision and was patient with me while I said my goodbyes. I will definitely bring my furbabies to this Animal Hospital again, for their medical needs. Thank you Roblin Animal Hospital and Dr. Kusa.

Dr. Fisk and Josie are great people who get you love your pet. Dr. Fisk provides many alternatives for your pets care and discusses with you pros and cons of each and pricing. Josie is always a welcoming kind voice on the phone and in person. You knw your pet is in good hands with them.

I took my dog into see Dr. Meshack Kusa and he was a delight to work with. My little dog is a bit of a wrangler and he was able to care for her with no problems. The second time I had to take her in was for an allergy issue which morphed into an ear infection and he was so kind to her. She used to cry when she went to her other vet but she is happily passed off to their staff with no problem. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the doctor called us after both visits and fully explained her health and possible upcoming issues that may arise. My girl is getting to be a senior now and she needs someone who knows how to care for her with her challenges. We have found that with Dr. Kusa. We won't be taking our girl anywhere else.
I wish they could be open on the weekends though for a little more convenience.

Professional, kind, and knowledgeable! Brought our cat because of a growth on his foot and Dr Fisk looked at it, diagnosed it, and we set up a surgery date, all within 1/2 hour!

Took my 2 white kittens for their first jabs and checkup. No waiting, on time out and very friendly staff. I will be taking all of our pets there in future. 5 Stars.

Dr Fisk is wonderful, he is great with my dog. I appreciate being able to ask questions and not feel rushed. Reasonably priced as well.

This was very safe and quick. Took the cage in at door and you talk to doctor on phone. Then they Brought her back to door. Very safe.

Very friendly staff. They are very professional. One of the vets speaks Russian and it was very helpful. Our 11 years old dog was treated there and we are very pleased. Highly recommended.

This is a nice clean clinic, friendly staff and really nice doctor who explained everything very well to me. I just moved into the neighbourhood and was worried about finding a new vet that I liked, but Dr. Fisk really impressed me.

I have been taking my cat there for 6 years, and I have always had great experience. Great doctor and staff.

Staff is very patient with my high energy dog! He peed on the front desk and they just laughed and cleaned it up, told me not to worry about it even though I felt horrible. I now walk my dog to the vet to drain his energy and they give him water and a treat when he gets there. I brought him in because he'd had an allergic reaction but by the time we got there it had cleared. The vet said I'm not going to charge you full price for a healthy dog and only charged me half the regular fee. In my experience they have accommodated my appointment requests and have always phoned to follow up after vaccinations and surgery to make sure my dogs were ok. My dogs don't run away when we go to the vet, they know which door it is and can't wait to get inside! I have been taking my dogs to this vet for 2 years and I would highly recommend their services!

The staff and service at Roblin Animal Hospital has always been top notch! We take both of our rescue dogs there and from the service at reception to the vets, they are all very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. Their prices are reasonable and it's nice to see that they haven't been taken over by one of the big, uncaring and overpriced veterinary conglomerates.

We've been taking our dogs to RAH since Dr. Fisk took over the clinic a while back.
The clinic team is excellent. Vet assistants are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dr. Fisk is super nice, very calm and patient with the dogs. He's attentive and really takes the time to explain things and ensure you're aware of all the treatment options available for your pet.
Whenever we've had an urgent matter, the RAH was able to squeeze us in no problem.
We are lucky to have such a wonderful vet clinic a 2 minute drive from home!

I highly recommend this vet. They took excellant care of my pets and did awesome surgeries. They know their stuff and dont just take your money. They really care. They explain everything so clearly and dont beat around the bush. I know we will be back. Thank You so much for everything.

Went in with our puppy. Our normally nervous dog was very comfortable there. The staff were friendly and the vet was great with her. Before coming in we were still trying to decide if it would be our permanent vet. Now I feel confident that we made a good choice and will stick with them.

The staff was very friendly and were very good with my dog. The staff was also very helpful after surgery and gave me all the information I needed to help my dog recover. I was shocked when they called a couple days after Riley’s surgery to check on her. That was very nice and appreciated. There were no issues and Riley recovered very quickly.
I will continue to take Riley to Roblin Animal Hospital for all her needs.

Cost was on the cheaper side, but don’t let that fool you, we had a great experience.

Received a cute little kitty from a friend and needed to have her spayed. My regular vet fees for spay was outrageous so I contacted Roblin. I was very surprised at how inexpensive they were and what was even better was the staff and treatment we received. I would highly recommend anyone go here for their pet's needs! They follow up after the fact and you can definitely tell they genuinely care about your pet. Kudos!

The receptionist was so friendly and very informative, the hospital was clean. The only thing my husband and I were frustrated with was that the cone was not already on our pup when she got picked up. We could not get it on her at home, we even had our neighbour try to help us but she was so scared of it and would thrash around. We were scared for her to run and jump as that isn't ideal after getting spayed. We wound up having to take her to an emergency vet at 11 p.m. At night, took 3 staff there to get the cone on her. Not sure if that is a typical practice or not, to not send the pup home with the cone already on, but we sure wish that was how she had come home. Besides that, no complaints, and once again the lady working the desk was super nice:)
