Just popped in today to switch from Bell to Rogers and get a new phone. Lorena helped me out - and she was amazing! Super friendly, really funny, and so helpful. We were in there for a while struggling to get everything set up, and she was so incredibly kind the whole time, even though I’m sure it was a hassle to get everything in working order. Absolutely amazing service <3

We have never ever experienced such a bad service then at Rodgers in Steinbach. They're selling you cell phones wich don't even work for a year. My husband's phone they changed the chip because of problems and the result we got is all he is able to do with his phone now is making calls and texting.not even sending a video clip is possible anymore. They don't even deserve
1 star, not even in Winnipeg they're able to help us with this the phone is just a year old and nothing than garbage. My sister bought a phone there and it only worked for a couple of months than she had to buy a new one, like what kind a store is this!

Rogers is not the best company to have. When your not with them thay call and see what to do to get you back. But when you want to get a phone then they won't allowe you. They truly don't care for there customers. I'm disappointed and thinking of going to a different phone company that will try and keep there customers.

He was amazing stayed 45 minutes helping me after the store closed and didn't make a big deal out of it either. Very good customer service

My only complaint would go to apple. Spent an obscene amount on the iphone but didn't get a proper cable or charger. Pathetic!

I’m not very good with technology but he didn’t make me feel silly he was patient And went over and above what you would expect from him. Go to Rogers store in Steinbach Manitoba Canada, I needed a phone, I did not have the phone and I went there yesterday with my son and the team there Jessica the young lady, and the other two gentlemen‘s young gentleman is Alex and Kash. They were very helpful and they truly patiently answered my even simplest stupidest question and when I bought the phone it was the galaxy and they help me patiently to set it up even tho was not part of the deal.they did it as a favour even though it took a long timeAnd then I then I went I needed help.what’s up was not really working, next day I went back and again there is a gentleman named Kash and he is new, he’s in training and he did his best and the help he gave to me was excellent. I change the phone today to iPhone because I’m familiar with iPhone and I needed to change the equipment and everything needed to be reloaded and all my contacts and everything needed to be changed again. Kash patiently did a great job on it and patiently added all my apps and everything to my new phone. I bought a used iPhone they had in the store and Kash and Alex, they really help. Jessica was not there today and but they all really helped.even though there was a lineup and a lot of customer came they still were patient with me and helped with all my questions. I suggest if you are in Steinbach you need a phone or do you need anything related to your cell phone give visit to Rogers store in steinbach and you will get the best service. So kind so respectful people like Kash, Alex, Jessica, Cole and they are awesome people. I wanna really thank them for the all the help and the service they gave it to me.thank you

I’ve been dealing with this particular Roger’s for years and have never had a single problem. The staff are super kind and knowledgeable; if they don’t have an answer for you, they’ll find someone who does.

The staff, Alex, was super nice and super helpful when I went in to try getting a new phone! He created an account for me, and did all he could to help! Genuinely impressed, as this has not always been my experience with this specific location!

I went in to get a new phone, new plan, new everything as a completely new customer and got Cole as a rep. Working with literally no ideas, no knowledge of what I wanted or what was there and on a time restraint, he set me up with everything I needed and I enjoyed myself too! Couldn’t have asked for a better first impression of the company!

I wouldnt recommend going to this store, they promised me that there will be no setup fees, and i was surprised that it showed up on my 1st bill! Thank god i chatted with rogers support and they credit it back to my acount

Cole helped us today with purchasing new phones and updating our contracts. He was awesome! He never tried to sell us something beyond what we needed, and we walked away with great products and having saved money.
We appreciate Rogers and would highly recommend Cole to help with all your mobile needs.

My time at Roger's was spent with kaelyn. Was informative and helpful. She was very pleasant polite and quick. Best server at the Steinbach MB branch if your asking.whatever you get out of this make sure it's this never let people like her get away. Lost my phone (thank you shallow jacket pockets) and wasn't thrilled about going through the ordeal of getting a new one plus setting up all of my accounts again. Cody at the Steinbach location was super helpful and informative, taking time to lay out the differences between devices and offering advice on what could be a good fit. Thanks for your patience and effort! I certainly appreciated the stellar service but I'll try my best not to be back anytime soon due to another lost phone.

I set my plan up with Nathan and do not recommend him to anyone. He gave me my phone with the wrong Sim card, so it did not work. Thankfully I was able to get a hold of another associate who met me and replaced it after they closed. I also had questions about my bill and it seems that Nathan has misplaced my contract. I had a very pleasent call with 2 other associates there who are nothing but kind and helpful. I recommend Rogers in Steinbach, but NOT Nathan.i would recomment

I've been to nearly every Rogers in Winnipeg waiting hours upon hours in line just to be ignored and told they were always out of stock of what I needed. Steinbach Rogers on the other hand has never failed to provide everything I needed, including cases for the new Samsung S20 FE! My place to go if I want personable and fast service! Highly recommend.
