They never answer the phone I reserved a Apple Watch and they won’t even answer highly doubt there gonna call me

They don’t actually do their job here, they just tell you to call customer service

Today, I went to Rogers in garden city around 5 pm. There was this employee named June Daniel (JD). He was extremely rude and unprofessional. He doesn’t know how to deal with customer, he shouldn’t be working there, if he don’t have any customer service skill. So, basically I lost my phone and went there to grab a replacement sim. He told me to call customer service because he doesn’t know how to get info that was required. I mean there was a reason I came to the store. So, I don’t have to call customer service. Management needs to take some serious action regarding him considering all the bad reviews.

Worst customer service one can ever receive. Employee named June Daniel goes by JD was very unprofessional and rude. He doesn’t know how to deal with customers. Wouldn’t recommend. He needs some really good training. Would give zero star if there were an option for that.

The staff in this location is very great and helpfull especially Jae. If I ever needed help with my phone I'd definitely come here. All the bad reviews just seem that people are just mad they they didn't read what they signed up for. Can't blame the staff for that:)
