They seem very commission driven, rather than wanting to help customers. Don't listen well when you say no to plan changes ect.

Came in to help my grandfather transfer plans. Just wanted to transfer to a new pay as you go from a month to month plan. What should have been one phone call to transfer the plans over ended up taking over 3 and a half hours. Had three different people come in and leave because no one offered them any help, and I managed to waste an entire afternoon trying to do this. After finally getting the contract working, she turned and ignored me to start talking to someone else. If you have plans don’t bother coming here as you’ll either not be helped at all, or once you sit down be prepared to sacrifice a whole afternoon to get any sort of service done, never coming back here.

Excellent customer service! My dad went there as something was wrong with his phone and he had some language issues but the rep was very patient and helpful. Keep up the good work.

The service was on par with what I would expect from any Rogers store, that being absolutely horrendous. I went here with the sole purpose of buying two iPhones and walked away with nothing as it's easier to just do this online. The wait times are unacceptable and the employee failed to accurately relay basic information.

They would not answer the phone if they do they are very rude. I upgraded my phone online but got cancelled after 3 days when according to them I didn't pick up on time. However I never received an email saying that the device is ready for pick up. Very rude attendants. I usually don't give bad feedbacks or any feedbacks in general however this particular store deserves a terrible, way below standard customer service feedback.

Judy did a excellent job of helping us find the right phone plan and products. She was very helpful, knowledgeable informative and even found one under budget. We are very satisfied with our purchase this time and would like refer my friends come here for other purchases as well going forwards.

My visit at this location has been best with Rogers so far. I had been so disappointed with Rogers but service provided by Harman at this location was outstanding. She didn’t care about just making sales but she went above and beyond to understand needs and then provide a solution. She made me transfer my line and my family’s line to Rogers. High recommend!
