I had an excellent experience buying a new iPhone 15 Pro Max at this store. ERIC was very helpful and professional and went over and beyond to transfer my data from old phone to the new one. I went to many outlets but found them to be the most appropriate for our needs. 5 stars

We wanted to return our services to Rogers/Shaw after we made the mistake of leaving to another provider. We left because we were offered a cheap bundle deal, but the service and internet was terrible there. Sabi at St. Vital mall was able to help us get better plans than we had before, and save us a lot of money! We are so happy with our new plans. The service provided (and internet speed, reliability, tv, etc) has always been great with Rogers/Shaw, and now we have great prices to match! We won’t be leaving again.

Female sales associate disappeared in the back for over 30 minutes while we waited for help. (Other associate was busy with a customer and did not acknowledge us once) She initially left as soon as she saw us walk into the store. We were the only other customers in the store waiting for assistance. It was intended to be a quick visit, but will never be back here again. Very pop r customer service.
This location also does not assist with device protection programs they sell you, don’t waste your time.

Kylie was great! Called me yo inform me she could get me a better price on my cable and internet plans. Within a few minutes I was saving about 45 bucks a month so very satisfied.

Sabby saved the day! I was a Chatr customer who had many issues trying to redeem an offer and transfer my account.
Sabby listened to my concerns and patiently helped me by dealing with Rogers for me, personally, and if it wasn’t for her I would not have transferred my account.

Disappointing Customer Experience

My recent visit to your store was far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience.

Long Wait and Lack of Greeting:
I patiently waited for 40 minutes without receiving even a simple greeting from the agents. Waiting is understandable, but basic courtesy should never be compromised.

Unpleasant Encounter with SABBY:
Regrettably, my interaction with one of your trained employees, SABBY, was deeply disappointing. SABBY displayed rudeness, non-responsiveness, and, frankly, her worst behavior during our exchange.

Lack of Empathy:
I visited your store with digital IDs as my physical IDs were stolen the previous night. I expected a basic level of empathy, which I did not receive. SABBY's audacious inquiry about my visa status lacked sensitivity. Even if the situation warranted adherence to Roger's policy, basic decency should always be maintained in customer interactions.

Unjust Treatment:
I cannot help but feel that the treatment I received was unfair. Every customer, regardless of their background, deserves respect and courtesy. It is disheartening to think that my experience may have been influenced by factors unrelated to customer service.

Zero-Star Rating:
Given this experience, I would rate my visit with zero stars if possible. I have no intention of returning to this store, and I am sharing this feedback with the hope that it contributes to improving customer service standards.

A Note of Comparison:
Ironically, I encountered no such hassle when I visited the neighboring store, where I purchased my iPhone 14 Pro Max without any complications.

I hope my feedback is taken constructively to address the issues in your store's customer service. Every customer should leave with a positive impression, regardless of their background or circumstances.

I am giving 5 stars to this location because Gurleen is a superstar. She has a very pleasant, easy-going attitude and went above-and-beyond to get us the best phones and plan to suits our needs. Moreover, she dealt with another very rude and irate customer (who was verbally harassing her co-worker), with poise and confidence. I hope that Gurleen is recognized for her knowledge, tact, and competency-she has a difficult job, and yet she makes it look effortless.
