I went to Rogers on my lunch break to ask some questions about a promotional offer I had seen on my MyRogers app. I spoke with Kevin who greeted me at the door. Kevin was so kind, friendly, and helpful! He explained all the numbers and prices on my plan with my current phone and made sure I understood what my phone plan was all capable of. I ended up walking out the store with a brand new Samsung Z Flip 5 for only $5 more than what I was paying with my previous phone! I renewed my contract, and also bought some screen protectors. Kevin helped me save so much money and actually understand how my phone plan works.

I find that the people who work here are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They are pleasant to talk with and they explain things in a way that you can understand and they don't talk down to you. They listen to your needs and or problems and try to provide an answer or remedy the issue in a timely manner. I find that they don't pressure you into purchasing something that you don't want but may suggest different options for the future. I would recommend Rogers to my family and friends.
