The girl was good at her job, the added expenses pissed me off and the fact it took over 2 hrs due to system issues was also irritating

Excellent experience - courteous, efficient and engaging throughout the in-store service. Expectations fully met.

The plan the agent quoted verbally to us was NOT what we received! At no time were we shown anything on a screen or in print. We were quoted 65 for each phone Canada / US, with 120 gb shared. Ended up with one phone on Can/ US, other Can only, and 70 gb. When I went back to question it the agent couldn't recall even talking to me. Do not try the chat for resolving the problem, I was on that for 3 hours ROGERS SUCKS!
