We purchased a used wheelchair (not cheap) for our mom then needed a C back, special cushion and headrest. Nothing but trouble and every time they charged us a service charge.to fix it. Any time we got additional recommended equipment not all was trialled because she didn't sit well and we ended up with the bill. Then mom needed more comfort measures when she was up so we purchased a new top of the line broda which she hardly used. I would suggest to shop Brandon Mobility which we should have! I felt like a bank machine as always owed money! Seniors can't afford it this!
