Gave them serial number off my engine for my boat engine. Received wrong oil filter and had to go back again. Kid behind counter had no clue what was going on. Save yourself the headache and go to AVO marine where they know what’s up!

I have nothing to say but positive things! After being taken advantage as a newly widowed woman from another dealership, I opted to bring my quad to Ronds Marine. Rob from the service department was so polite and accommodating…they even washed and polished it up when I picked it up. Not once did any staff there treat me like “a woman” with no knowledge! Highly recommend!

The Salesperson was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The finance person was dismissive and unwelcoming. They were quick to indicate they made a mistake on the numbers and would be charging more when they were made aware of who the financial institution they were going to be working with. Made it unworth the time of both the salesperson and the customer.

Ronds marine is awesome! Bought my first boat last year and they’ve been immensely helpful. Breydon in sales is the cutest salesmen I’ve ever dealt with. Bennett and Sam in parts are very knowledgeable and always helpful. They’re all great.

I haven't experienced this level of customer service in quite some time. Professional staff the answers all your questions, even ones you don't ask! If you are on the fence on what brand to buy, try KTM, even if its just for the service.

First time ordering parts from them. They're now a whole month late with 0 communication as to why after I already paid upfront. Definitely won't be using again once parts are in, faster to buy online

Beyond impressed with the level of service I have received from Ronds. Parts counter staff are extremely friendly and very well informed. Rob at the service desk is also extremely professional and courteous. This is the place to be buying your toys from, hands down! Well done Ronds Marine!

I have had better experiences elsewhere. Had to go there with the work boat because they have serviced our boat before and the boss thought it would be easier.

They found out that our problem was water in our fuel, did the bare minimum to fix it. Had to purge the fuel line and dump the tanks myself.

Rob in service went far and beyond to get our boat back in the water, just in time for the august long weekend. Great service, would highly recommend to anyone needing boat work.

Spent $1500 on repairs to my boat that was purchased at Ronds.it broke down in the middle of the lake the first time driving it after said repairs. Took it to another repair shop and the tech said Ronds didn't do repairs they said they did.

I Bought My First Boat In 1977 From Ed Rondeau At Rond's Marine On Narin Ave-I Still Own This Boat-I Knew His Son Denis-Denis And I Are The Same Age-We Went To School Together-Have Cabins In The Same Area-Sorry To Say Denis Has Passed Away In 2020-These Were Great People To Deal With At Rond's Marine-In The Last 2 Weeks I Have Sent At Least 4 Notifications To Contact Me From There Web Site About A Boat-I Phoned-Left A Message To Contact Me-No Response To Date-I Only Wish The New Owners Were Like The Rondeau Family

I purchased a 2021 KTM 300 XCW from Lee and Coreen. Being out of province, they made the purchasing process seamless. They went as far as to email/text/call depending on my needs. I arranged for a shipping company to pick up the bike, and they made themselves available for the shipper. I received everything on-time and I am very happy. 10/10 would buy from them again.

My family bought a boat here a couple months ago and everything was amazing. The fella that sold us the boat was happy and very friendly. Today we decided we wanted to add a trolling motor onto the boat. I gave them a call and the employee that helped me out was amazing (Justin). Super friendly guy and gave me all the answers I needed. Our boat was taken in that day to get ready to install the motor. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Great people and service!

Im giving a bad review because i have been trying to purchase a used bike as well as a brand new bike since last December and i havent recieved any call backs when i was supposed to and had left all of my information for them to contact me, when i emailed them it took days for a reply and then they outright ignored me even though i had went to the store and looked at the bikes and they even showed us around the store, now im currently looking elsewhere

Brought in my 2019 KTM Super Duke GT, for them install brand new $500 set of tires, and clean and wax the chain. The bike was cleaned and detailed by me before I dropped it off, and is in very pristine condition, like new, and it was a bright clear sunny day with dry roads. Shockingly, when I picked up the bike after the work was done, it was covered in wet gravel, stones and clay-like gravel all over the underside, sides, and even splashed up on the rear tail light area. Clearly the bike was driven over a lengthy wet gravel ridden road, and appeared at higher speeds with the gravel spread over the tail area and up high in the front radiator and forks area.

At the time, I was not angry, but certainly disappointed, and even washed the bike myself at the rear of their building using their water hose that the sales rep provided me. While washing I noticed a few more radiator dents and the first stone chip on one of the front forks, and that gravel got in behind the wind screen and deep in the tail light assembly where such dirt had never been in my 15,000 km of heavy touring.

So here's where the problem started. I emailed them a few days later just to say it bothered me that new tires, clean bike, freshly serviced chain, over $750 of new parts and work, and dry roads, why on earth did the technician drive the bike, through such wet sticky bike dirtying gravel? The service writer responded by saying that the bike was not driven through gravel, and it had been washed before I picked it up. Being that this was a complete lie, I became angry. Then 2-3 more email exchanges later, involving management, they never acknowledged the error in their mistreatment of my bike, nor treating me as a liar, nor the fact that my newly serviced chain was covered in dirt and gravel. At no point did they offer to clean the bike, or re-service the chain, or refund me the chain service fee, and at no point acknowledged the radiator and fork paint damage. They simply stopped responding to my emails. This was so unprofessional. Clearly the technician used poor judgement driving a newer clean bike with brand new tires, and a freshly serviced chain over filthy muddy gravel, to such an extent, when dry clean roads were available just outside their shop. They made matters worse by lying about it at first opportunity, then discounting the negative impact of such. I have been a customer since 2005, spent thousands of dollars with them, and recently returned as a renewed client with a KTM product, and I will never go back there again.

My family has been a customer since we bought our first new boat/motor in 1968 when they were on Narin. My motor went in for repairs.except the repairs weren’t done properly. When I did get the motor back, I instantly smelled burning oil, motor will not idle, and wouldn't run. They gave me a detailed diagnostic sheet that said the motor was ran and tested.but clearly it wasn’t cause these issues would of been present in the testing.

The one stop shop for anything Polaris! I recently purchased a new Polaris Assault from Olaf and my experience could not have been better. He was very knowledgable, super friendly, and did not push me to make any decisions. He knows his stuff and helped me find the perfect machine for me. Going through the process with Coreen was super quick and easy and she is just as excite for me as i was about my new purchase. All the staff in the parts department as well as the technician who gave me a once over of my sled when i picked it up was super professional! 10/10 would recommend! They will have my business for years to come.

Bought a used 2014 polaris switchback late fall before snow for a very responsible price, once snow finally showed up we took the sled out for its first ride and noticed two issues (starter and hand warmer) called dealership and was told to bring it back and they fixed the issues no questions asked! Service was top notch from the purchase of the machine, to the parts department on the purchase of parts/helmet and the service department for the repairs! Will defiantly be back for our next sled! Thank you for the Awesome experience!

We went looking for a side by side and had terrible service everywhere we went UNTIL we went to Ronds Marine. Olaf was an incredible sales guy and helped us with all our questions and had great customer service. I would highly recommend coming here! We will definately be returning for our next purchase.

My ATV required some service so I decided to give Rond's Marine a call. My experience from start to finish was great! The mechanic even took the time to answer some questions that I had after the service had been done which was very much appreciated. Everyone along the way was pleasant to deal with. The job was done well and on time and as quoted. Thanks again!
