Worst place to buy any furniture. So much Lack of respect, communication and full of deception and lies towards me and others about my delivery. They keep saying it will come and never did. I Waited 3 months and still hadn't gotten my delivery. Employees not willing to help and pass it on to some else thats not even there or available

We recently returned to Rove furniture for dinning sets furniture after purchasing from them late last year for furniture in our living room. We are drawn to their high-quality products and fantastic customer service time and time again. The sales rep was friendly and professional. He worked with us to get the best possible price from management.
Delivery came a couple days later and the men unpackaged the dinning set in the back of the truck, brought it in and set it up in our home. They did a great job to our satisfaction. Many friends and family have also made purchases from them based on our high recommendation and they have also had a great experience. I'd like to give a shout out to Nitish whose patience and great taste were so greatly appreciated!

Recommended place for appliances as well as furniture. You will get decent price and good service

1. Delivery was delayed over a month.
2. Headboard didn’t had the material we selected.
3. Found some damage to the furniture when arrived.
4. Contacted shop multiple time, despite their assurances that someone will come to fix the damage, no-one has came by or contacted us.
5. No reply to emails.

Only good thing about is that you have some decent options for the amount you pay.

I have had dealings with so many stores in the furniture spaces but none of them as offered my spouse and I the experience we got from Rove Furniture & Appliances.

We were in the market something tastefully finished and different from what is common in all stores. Rove offered us numerous satisfying options that we were able to pick from. For us, it was one stop shop. We got furniture for all the bedrooms, dining and living room from Rove and we are happy with what we have.

The in-store team members Bolu, Ash, Nick are engaging willing to provide support and provide a tailored-fit advice, while the delivery team members are careful & patient during delivery and setup.

I guys I just wanna share my experience with this store I met pretty much all the employers of the store Plus delivery guys and they are all very nice unfortunately in my case I need to wait a little bit from my furniture to arrive at home because of Covid everything was a little delay but everything was done after a while the prices are good compared to other stores in my case I bought a lot of stuff and they did a very good deal just let him know what you can afford what do you need and they will help you they don’t follow inside the store like all the places they don’t bug you and force you to buy like all other places they are just super simple and nice people and the furniture it’s just so different it’s European style of course it’s not for every taste but that’s beautiful.

I bought a bed from them and it had 1 year warranty. It just broke in 3 months. I contacted them several times and went to their store number of times. Every time they told me they will send someone to fix this. But they had never sent anyone. It’s been 3 months now and I am still following them up. Totally wastage of money and time. Their after service is very bad

Had a great experience shopping here for furniture. Ash and Prish were great to communicate with. Ash was my specific sales rep, and he assisted us with pricing, size measurements and even looked at photos of our space to see if everything would fit properly and look good. I made a request for two day delivery, and he made it happen. Overall very satisfied, and I already recommended to my friends (one of them has made a purchase through rove too)!

It's hard to find a good quality, specific modern furniture. You might spend days driving around Winnipeg. I had a great experience with Rove Furniture and found exactly what I was looking for.
