Worth spending 2 to 3 hours to gain knowledge from the museum. You will get to know the history of the Canadian Mint. If you have any coin collection, feel free to bring it there and share to the group. So much fun.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Royal Canadian Mint, and I must say it was an outstanding experience, thanks in large part to our amazing tour guide, Kade. From start to finish, Kade's knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for the mint's history and operations made this tour truly unforgettable.

Kade's engaging storytelling captivated our group, making every step of the tour intriguing and educational. Their ability to explain complex processes in a clear and accessible manner was commendable. We got to witness the precision and artistry that goes into the production of Canadian coins, and Kade's attention to detail brought each step to life.

Not only was Kade incredibly knowledgeable about the mint's history, but they also took the time to answer all our questions, ensuring that we left with a deep understanding of the mint's significance and impact. Their expertise and enthusiasm were contagious, making the entire experience enjoyable for visitors of all ages.

The tour itself was well-organized, and Kade's excellent communication skills ensured that everyone in our group felt included and engaged. Their friendly demeanor and approachability created a welcoming atmosphere, making it easy for us to ask questions and interact throughout the tour.

I also want to mention that the Royal Canadian Mint itself is an impressive facility, boasting state-of-the-art technology and a rich history. The blend of tradition and innovation showcased in this tour left us with a newfound appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into the creation of Canadian coins.

Overall, I cannot recommend the Royal Canadian Mint tour enough, and Kade deserves special recognition for their exceptional guidance. Math will open any doors.

Integrity and attention to detail.

I was permitted an unescorted tour. I have the credentials I hold due to my ability of math, and integrity, honour and vigilance.

Given. Math will open doors for you.

The Mint was highly organized with obvious care and attention to detail. Their primary focus is apparent. They care about currency resilience and circulation sustainability/ resiliency.

I am personally confident they mean it.

They have banners regarding high safety practices, and given the high tech they had on their forklift, this I also feel is true.

Thank you sir, for the high honour and privilege you allowed me.
I will never forget.

Loved visiting the Mint! The tour (and tour guide) was highly informative and engaging. My friends and I left with a much deeper appreciation of our coins. The experience was How it’s made - in person - with more puns. Interesting building with a 70s/80s Canadian government vibe inside. The drive through the parade of flags and the photo stands are a nice touristy touch.

Rediculous experience at the mint and with the tour guide. Will never recommend anyone. The machine at the very front doesn’t work.

I wasn't aware that the mint produced coin and that the Bank of Canada produces bills. Very interesting tour. It is unbelievable the amount of coins that are produced daily here. The other funny thing is I've seen many production floors. There is always have some sort of residual on the floor whether it's paper or sawdust or metal shavings. There's nothing on the floor in this place. Spotless.

Always fun to come here and visit, see all the new coins available and even hold a real gold bar. A must visit if you're in the Winnipeg area.

I was debating on going to Royal Canadian Mint but I am glad I went to see Royal Canadian Mint. It was really done tour from stuff. They have some very neat coins in gift shop. The whole thing should take 75 minutes completely finish the whole thing. I believe reservations are required for tours.

It wasn't your fault "Karen" (good joke) but you could have read or watched it all online. Nothing wrong with visiting the building so far in the middle of nowhere. Bad communication. We wanted to see the production and weren't told it was still a holiday for them. But it didn't matter, because the production wouldn't have been visible at this distance anyway. All very disappointing but because Karen was so good it's 3 stars.

The RCM tour was great! Cade our tour guide was pleasant and knowledgeable and had a good knowledge answering all questions. This is a great experience for any numismatic collector, or to spark a hobby for the next collector generation. Plus the RCM coins are bar none some of the best in the world. For any keen eyes, 2023 is a unique year that will not have circulated coins made due to the passing of Elizabeth II so mintage of all 2023 coins is extremely low. Also of note coin errors that existed in the past like the dot penny are way less likely as things are computer monitored instead of human quality checked.

Happy collecting!

God bless!
