I purchased a cabin property out at Grand Beach and Nancy Pelletier was the agent who helped me. I want to put forward some words to offer my gratitude and also detail why it was such an easy process.

Firstly, Nancy was a friendly, and genuine person to talk to. She answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones, and yet never made me feel anything less than empowered while contemplating my purchase. I valued her ability to be “real” as it allowed me to be myself as well.

Secondly, and most impressive to me, was that Nancy was AVAILABLE to help me immediately. Initially I thought it was a convenient perk that she responded so quickly to my inquiry, but throughout the process, she consistently responded to me immediately - 100% of the time. Even after the sale was completed, she was still an immediately available resource to me. She went above and beyond (and like…. To infinity and beyond) for me. This little cabin purchase actually meant a lot to me and I wouldn’t have picked any other agent to do it with.

Thirdly, she gave me a bottle of wine on my birthday and I drank it all. I don’t know how she remembered it was my birthday, or how she knew I am a fat kid, and wine is my cake, but bless her heart.

I’m all seriousness, through the work she put in and the comfort level she afforded to me, I believe she is an asset to her team, her employer, and likely anyone who knows her.

We had a wonderful experience with Diane, who showed us many houses over a 3 week span, and gave us honest, quality information on each.
