Tent camped there on 6/18/2023. Place was great, a lot of room, soft grass to place your tent on, clean bathhouse and great food. All in one place. A gem in the middle of nowhere.

Me and my family just visited for the long weekend.our cabin was clean, and comfy and even though it didn't have an ac it had two fans which was great, we were never too hot.the pools and hot tubs were great! The bumper boats were fun.the petting zoo was amazing.my son enjoyed feeding goats, chickens and sheep, we also went and fed the ducks which was amazing! The play structures could be a little more updated and even closer to the rec building there is only 1 close but it was kind of falling apart, the mini golf was free and fun, we played it a few times. The BBQs can use a little cleaning, I didn't end up using it because it was dirty.most staff were great, there was a couple who seemed a little rude but didn't let that bother me we enjoyed it all around and would go back again! The games in the Rec room were fun
, except the claw machine can use some service, the claw wouldn't go all the way to the end of the machine, but we had fun playing either way.thanks for the amazing weekend, we will be coming back for sure:) the food at the rdr was delicious and the bathrooms were clean and the showers were nice and warm/hot!

This place was really neat and unique. However, somebody needs to do some serious cleaning. We stayed in a cabin for a night. While the cabin was sort of nice, it had some sort of substance splattered all over the walls and floors. We were sooo close to our unfriendly neighbours, every time we needed to go in an out of our cabin, we were being stared down by them. They were obviously upset someone was staying next to them. The compost bathroom for the cabins was terrifying. Fly tape super close to my face while using it. Garbage can filled with bloody tampons. No access to water for washing hands or drinking any where near our cabin. We had to purchase an $8 12 pack of water from their shop. Huge rip off. The main building and amenities were also terrible. Everything was so disgusting. The bathrooms are what nightmares are made of. The pools were NOT heated like they advertise. The hot tubs had yellow, slimy water. I didn’t see a single worker cleaning anything during our entire stay. The best part of the visit was the petting zoo but even that was sort of sad. We wanted to love this place but will definitely choose somewhere else next time we’re in the area.

We are travelling from Vancouver island, to Dawson city Yukon, to Newfoundland.very disappointed…. Have never had to pay extra for towels, sheets, pillows or blankets. The kitchen table had crumbs all over it. The toilet paper is your basic gas station single ply. An advertised $99 room ended up being close to $200

I loved everything about this place with 1 exception, after 9pm there is absolutely Noone on staff there, at all! CO detector went off in our motel room at 1230am and I had to spend an hour searching for a seasonal camper who knew how to get ahold of management. They called the owner and knocked on their door but still got no response. Had to call the fire dept myself. Me my wife and 3 young children were up until 3am before being let back in to our rooms by fire dept. No refund or discount was given to any of the 6 rooms whose stays were disrupted.

It was fun needs more washrooms and power camp sites. Has more seasonal camp sites. Rather than weekend sites.

Love this place, lots of activities to do with your kids or just even lounge in the pool or hot tubs with friends. The rec center has pretty decent food and it's a good spot to be for a weekend and some sun

Worth cabin we ever had. No Airconditioner. Too hot inside and fan is not working well. My 2 kids were crying and were naked whole night. 1am we went out and search for a hotel nearby (winnipeg) but ots all fully booked. We went home in PLP from winnipeg and did not use our first night in cabin.then we came back to cabin 2nd day to pack up and did not finish our 2nd day. Never come back this place!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the motel. Clean room (except the bbq was nasty), cold ac, comfy bed and close to everything fun they have to offer. Nice pools too.

This would probably be a higher review if not for COVID restrictions. Saw multiple people from different households gathering at campsites, no masks. This is against current public health guidelines. No policing by the staff. Staff with mask off indoors and pulled it up when I walked in, even tho they were with other staff. One plus is the wildlife there (goats, cow, geese) but oh my God, two of the of male geese make the loudest worst sound in the world and do it all the time. Bumper boats were fun and cheap, and mini golf was free! Not much privacy at the campsites. Food from the RDR grill was okay. Overall, people were friendly.

Can't say enough about this place! We got in last minute had such a fun weekend of swimming and exploring on a year that has been so weird it felt normal Sheri and the team there are great! Food is yummy and literally so much to do including mini golf number boats and this year they added a petting zoo! Amazing! Can't wait to go back! Also the little motel rooms are perfect if you don't have a trailer!

Super cute campground. Pool was refreshing and clean. So close to town so if you forget anything you can just pop to Stonewall or Warren. Bumper boats looked fun but only available on the weekend.

Nice place, lots of stuff to do. Stayed in a cabin, it is new and quite nice. Main areas are clean enough but it is clear that extensive cleaning is not part of the program. It is pretty silly that mini-putt and bumper boats are extra fees when already paying for the stay. The satelite tv did not work but fortunately we had no rain days through our stay. All in all, I would recommend and return.

Very nice resort and lots to do. Minature golf, bumper boats, 2 swimming pools, volleyball, lawn bowling, lots of duck ponds and bread to feed ducks, baseball diamond, and lots of planned activities during the week. Ex. Parades, movies, bingo nights. Downfall - had to pay $14.95 to use wifi for 3 days at my campsite and was lucky to get 1 or 2 bars and terrible connection. I wish firewood was not so expensive and maybe 1 bag included with your stay. Booking swimming during covid19 a little confusing?
All in all would recommend Rubber Ducky especially if you have kids!

I arrived and parked along the fence where it said 1 hour parking. I was a visitor with some friends already camping there. The website said just under $10 for a day pass and activities (including pool minus bumper boats). They ended up charging me $15 because I wasn’t a visitor of a seasonal camper. The website does not specify this. I went in and paid asking specifically if I can use the pool. The teenage employee did not say anything about no availability. I purchased two wristbands. We walked around for an hour. The pools were full for the day. I went into the office to ask for a refund since I was not advised that we could not access the pools. Another teenage employee told me there’s signs all around the campground. I advised I parked at the fence and came into the office. She advised they do not issue refunds. I definitely lost my patience but the fact that they sold me the wristbands when the pool was full for the day and I specifically asked seems like they want money. The second time I went back the second employee was visibly smiling when I was angry and saying its their policy. I demanded a manager who did come and gave me my money back after all this fighting. This place does not care about being transparent, their employees are not trained properly and they care more about taking money from me than treating customers right. I asked for a phone number and both numbers on the card they give you go nowhere. The manager asked me to leave for upsetting her staff which I can understand but she came to verify I left. Was this worth the $30 to fight that long? This place definitely needs to train their staff, not hire teenagers and be upfront and honest. I do not recommend at all. Very misleading website, rude teenage staff that laugh at you.

Was ok, but the staff wasn't trained enough to guide through the first visit, kind of felt abandoned. Minwhile the pool was ok

First and last time going. Camped in own camper. Bathrooms were disgusting, no one cleaned them for the three days my family stayed. (ie: poop on floor, used band aids and pads in shower stalls.) During Covid you would think cleaning standards would be must, but was no experienced at the resort. The pool and hot tub had mold on walls and sand on the bottoms of them. Very disappointed.

Place it's self is nice. Lots of stuff to do for the kids. Our site was perfect spot but from Friday to Sunday the power went out 4 times on an extremely hot weekend. Trying to get them to come to main fuse box takes too long. And that site has a history of it happening. So don't offer the site until it is fixed. Really annoying to have to constantly run to main office to ask them do turn it back on while trying to cook. We pay enough to come so please have your sites fully running. Or don't book your guests there.

It's a great place to go camping (RV) or just to go swimming with the kids for an afternoon. They have done some nice improvements in the last few years, awesome.

Very nice campground, lots of things for kids to do also, all in all a very friendly and enjoyable place to spend camping time.

This is a great family friendly campground and resort. Kid/family friendly. So great we became seasonal people.
20 September 2019 23:45
Plenty of things to do for the kids. The pools are nice and clean, hot tubs were nice (there are 2) and the rec area is a nice place to sit if it gets hot outside. The rooms are suitable for the price but the beds need to be updated with better mattresses. The barbecue outside the motel rooms were in need of replacing as well. The food at the restaurant was really good and not at all expensive either. The cabins are really nice with a master bedroom and cozy living space. They had a golf cart parade the night we and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Will probably go again.
29 August 2019 12:37
You have to pay for bumper boats that is in a stall pond $1 per minute and they have a rule that you can't play with a ball in the big pool and the kid pool must not be heated as it was cold nice park tho

We had rented the new trailers for ‘$190.00 per night. When we got there check in was a very long time. Got to the trailer to find it filthy. The stove was covered in grease, microwave dirty inside and out. The chairs at the island were greasy and the bases were covered with food and dirt. They do not supply oven mitts, burnt my hand. No filters for their coffee filter, no S & P. Bathroom had bugs in the tub and the mirrors were streaky. I had to call a girl back to clean and she couldn’t believe what it looked like. The campground is a nice place. But I felt totally ripped off, never going to rent that again.

Great spot for a get away with the kids stayed in the motel, room was nice and clean! Breakfast was good, pool was nice and warm at the end of May. Girls at the front desk were helpful when we asked about a special they were offering that we were unaware of upon check in which they totally accommodated for us on the second day of our stay. Also appreciate that there pet friendly for a small fee. Highly recommend.
