I had ridiculous experience with the lease application, they don’t know the meaning of CRA notice of assessment. I provided them my cra notice to show my income and they declined my application because my notice was showing that i have to pay this tax which i had already paid. They didn’t asked me for the proof of payment.
As when we file the tax, it’s calculated and cra send us noa showing the income, taxes etc.
After that we pay the tax if we have balance or cra pay us if we have overpaid.
So please hire someone who has the proper knowledge of things instead of wasting the time of people.
