Running Room

First time shopping here and will now be my new place to shop for shoes and active wear as well. Customer service by far exceptional today. I visited Canadian Footwear prior to coming to running room and had terrible service at Canadian Footwear. So happy with the employees at Running Room and their great customer service there.

Free Run Club on Wednesdays at 6 PM …Amazingly fun! No pressure! All levels of runners welcome, from beginners to avid runners. Don’t worry! You won’t be left behind!

Just bought two pairs of running shoes this evening and was extremely impressed by Shelly, who assisted me in finding the perfect shoes. She was kind courteous professional and patient, excellent customer service. I am very happy I shopped I definitely will be back.thank you so very much

Was looking forward to coming here to get advice for a novice runner. Explained to staff member (Short, older woman) that I was looking for shoes for treadmill or pavement - she condescendingly said ‘all of these shoes are good for that’, and provided no additional input. I replied that ‘I’ll just figure it out myself then. She proceeded to just stand there awkwardly. I ended up deciding to go elsewhere, not giving my business to them.
