I really gave it some thought before posting this message as I do not want to sound negative but I believe this needs to be put out there as this can be a learning experience and an area for improvement for Rust Check. I'm one of the very first customers when they opened up their car wash business a few years ago. In fact I even recommended this place to my neighbors, former colleagues and community. However, I just noticed and felt recently (this year 2023) that I've been called out 3x in being reminded that the drying time is just for 5 minutes max. I'm fully aware of this and I am very considerate about it as a loyal customer. I always put in a 5 minute mark timer on my watch or phone for me to be able to adhere and give way whether there's someone waiting or not. As a former service man, time is of the essence and courtesy is always on top of my mind. Eventhough my alarm has not yet went off, I'm already being approached to be reminded of this 5 minutes rule. I just chose not to respond or acknowledge recently, packed up and just walk away as I don't want to deal with this matter. I felt offended somehow eventhough I was asked politely. I was thinking, why does it have to be me again? Are they picking on me or what. As far as I'm concerned, I'm not crossing any lines and I'm being respectful to their staff, facility and use of their equipments. So I'd rather go away without saying or doing something that might also offend or put them in an awkward position as I know myself very well and what I'm capable of. I'm not sure if it's just me or what have they but I'd rather prioritize my mental health as I don't want to add this up to my stress as I'm currently recovering from PTSD. I'm not quite sure if I'll be back there in 2024 or maybe just take my business elsewhere. Sigh, they were nice to me before but now I'm not sure what changed. Anyways, for old time sake I just wanna thank you guys and still wish you all the best for 2024 regardless if I'll be back there or not. God bless.

I used to wash my car here ever since i got my car. I spend $16-$20 every time i go here, just to make up for the part where i use my own soap on top of theirs, because i am usually not satisfied with the quality of their soap, but i use it on top of my own soap to be fair. I usually dry my car and wipe my car outside after i dry a little bit of it inside. Not even 5 minutes. I came in today to wash my car, and did not have coins with me. So i asked if i could get change for my $20. The woman told me they just ran out of coins. I didn't want to use the tap one because i don't find it fair when i just wasted more money when the time keep running while i am washing my car with a rug. But i didn't want to waste my gas from driving there so i used the tap service. I was willing to spend more than i usually do just to clean my car. Cause my own soap requires double the normal rinsing. I am a clean freak. I was cleaning my car using a rug instead of their brush because i didn't want extra scratches on my car and who knows who uses those brushes. The gentleman saw me cleaning my car with a rug and told me without even getting my attention and proceeded to tell me that i cannot use my own soap or my own rug while in the shop. And proceeded to tell me that just like any restaurants, i could not bring my own food there as well. And explained something about buckets, when i don't have my own bucket. I have been doing this for awhile, and i have always been respectful to the people who worked there. No one has ever complained to what i do, except for today. I just felt really humiliated the way he talked to me with his loud voice, and the way he approached me.i was holding myself from crying infront of them. I used to recommend this place to my friends. But you definitely lost a loyal customer after this. Next time educate your workers on how to approach your customers. And maybe put more signs in your facility explaining these rules. I would also recommend having a better quality of soap.and making sure the floor and walls are not full of dirt from previous car washers AT ALL TIMES. I am making this review as the woman told me i should let you guys know. So here i am, explaining my experience as the manager/owner was not there. Put "out of service" signs on your vacuums if they're not working as well. As it was frustrating for me finding out after i put money in the slot machine that the vacuum does not work in the other stalls (this happened on a different day), went to that same stall a couple of times, same stall, same problem, no signs. I have no problem with anybody telling me the rules. Just make sure you approached customers properly.

Best car wash in the city. Stalls are roomy, great water pressure and soapy! $3 will get the job done. Floors are always clean. Definitely 5 stars!

Used to really like this place. There are a lot of good things. They've limited their Sunday hours and are never open when I'm in the area ready to wash a car. Need to find somewhere new.

I used to come here all the time and spend $5-10 every visit to wash my tesla and my rubicon. I also went there for rustproofing services for both my jeep and subaru vehicles. But that changes today when i got confronted and insulted by the old grumpy owner. The building was empty and there was no line up so I assumed that it was okay for me to dry my tesla. Just like any other self-service car wash establishments, they allow customers to dry their vehicle when there is no line up. The grumpy old guy told me that the building costs 1.5million dollars and he wants me to pay and insert money on the machine to pay for his expenses. He wants me to pay for my drying time. Like is he not paying for the expenses even if I wasnt there drying? So what he did was he inserted money on the machine for me and said “Look, ill pay for you because I know you wouldnt”. Bruh, YOU JUST LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER! And you bet i will tell this to everyone i know! Good luck w/ your 1.5 million dollar car wash!

My fave carwash. Good pressure and you can tap and pay. The timer lets you know exactly how much time has elapsed. Never had an issue taking a few minutes to dry the car either. What more could you ask for?
Also, I wax my vehicle ever year and their soap doesn't seem to strip the wax. If you take care of your cars finish and wash regularily your vehicle will look like new. Remember, salt is very corrosive.
