My son had his braces put on today and it was a positive experience for both of us, despite his fears and anxiety. The staff answered all our questions and engaged my son throughout the process. Very impressed!

They are friendly and professional, however they filed my daughter's teeth down significantly without asking/informing anyone first. Her teeth look very unnatural now and she's quite upset that they rounded off her K9s. They were very good through the whole process, until they did this at the very end when she was almost finished with her orthodontics. Making significant, permanent changes like this to a child's smile should not be done without first speaking with the parent and the patient as well.

I was seen today for a bit of work which they say I need have done. All the staff I met were well schooled in their jobs and eager to help you.
