Safeway Crestview

I enjoy Safeways because of their variety in everything. The bakery can not be beaten. The prices now at Safeway can be high. I watch the flyer each week.

Staff awesome. Female manager (short funky hair style) always so professional but all staff go the extra mile it seems. Very organized and always well stocked

Great selection of flowers and plants. Clean store with friendly staff. Pandemic safety features in place and ongoing when clients leave.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, they always have a great selection and pretty much everything I need, it's too bad some of the customers are grumpy

Pharmacy continues to screw up my orders and/or short me on items. Last time, I asked the man on the phone to check stock so I didn't have to come there twice, he told me they didn't have all of my order but would call when they did. I waited 5 days before calling THEM, and they said they had it all, but when I went in, I was told they didn't and then was forced to wait to the side while they re-did my order and helped other customers. Then I was called back to the desk. By a different name. Turns out EVENTHOUGH I gave my own name and birthdate, they had mixed my order up with someone else's. That could have gone horribly wrong! At any rate, I will be switching to a new pharmacy. No amount of Air Miles is worth this repeated hassle.

I used to shop mainly at Superstore but I prefer this Safeway now. Safeway is much cleaner and friendly. Less crowded. Everything is arranged neatly. Regular prices are a little higher compared to Superstore. Sale prices are good.

Safeway Crestview I find is very responsible in keeping the carts and store clean during the pandemic! The carts have been always clean. I wish maybe if managers can be out on the floor reminding other customers to keep their distance from other ppl that would be very nice! Other than that, it is a very well runned store. Thank you.

Safeway had some great deals on a number of items such as fruits, legumes and a bunch of other goodies I happened to need. The main problem was that customers did not follow the traffic flow arrows through the isles and more than one issue was congested because of customers just chatting. Though there was at least one staff member replenishing stock in said isles, nobody asked these chatting customers to stop socializing in the Isle and to move on. Very disappointing. Not for this issue, my rating would have been higher.

Too expensive and in half a week my bread was pure green, sour cream was bad, and milk was sour

It's a good place for grocery shopping, bit expensive than superstore and Walmart. So if you have walmart or superstore nearby it's better to go there, otherwise this will do the job

Refuce the prices and you will be much more attractive.

I always have great service at this location! They usually have good selection of flowers & plants.

The line ups are always ridiculous! It seems that there’s lots of staff on the floor but barely any on the tills ringing stuff in. I’ve brought it up with management but it seems like they don’t even pay attention! Needs to be managed a bit better customer wise because the store is always clean and stocked!

Clean and cozy! I love this store. Always my go to if I need fresh produce or something quick from home. Only downside is other customers. People ignore covid precautions it's frustrating. Learn to read the arrows on the floor what are you 7? And stop taking things, looking at them with your dirty covid fingers and then PUTTING IT BACK. Yuck.

My last call Safeway had all the things on my shopping list, and I was able to get everything in 15 minutes.

The shopping was quick and easy. Had many products you wouldn't find anywhere else. Safeway has always been a go to for me.

It's a stupid place to work for, the customers are horrible the staff are horrible and management is horrible Smd you guys know who I am.

From the Meat and Seafood counter to the Deli back to the Produce department. From Starbucks team who NEVER got our orders wrong and knew them off by heart to the lot staff. This is our favorite location BY FAR.going to miss everyone as we are moving to Nova Scotia. I just hope the Sobey's in NS can even come close to the amazing staff at the Crestview location.

The staff, at the Crestview Safeway location, are extremely rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming. I won't be returning to this location.

This place is normally clean and the people are normally pleasant. But today when my wife and I went through self checkout, which no employees were attending, we were asked if we had a receipt for our milk. By a woman who was helping another customer and had to interrupt him to ask us. And when my wife presented it we were met with "well show it next time".
We go here easily once a week and have never experienced someone that rude.

The staff here are great. Check out the sandwich bar here, way better than getting subway. The pesto they use is to die for so get a turkey & pesto or chicken and pesto on focaccia or chibatta.

Safeway Pharmacy as of now only gives out a 30 day refill instead of the usual 90 days. So instead of paying once for the dispensing fee of your regular 90 pills. They end up charging you a dispensing fee for every 30 pills so your cost goes up. But they do sound sorry when you ask about the fees.

Friendly store staff, excellent service and great parking.

This Westwood location has a really good florist shop, pharmacy, in-store bakery and a Starbucks. It is not a "super" store but it easily makes up for it with its location and 1st class service - available, friendly and knowledgeable staff who know the store and where to find products as well as quick checkouts. It has a good selection of meats, a well stocked fruit and veg area and a bakery. There is a deli counter and an area with grab and go entrees. It's a wonderful area anchor.

Very pleasant place to shop but check the prices for sales. Self checkout is preferred as the lines in the regular checkout can move excruciatingly slow at times.

Always a great place to eat when you feel the need for a delicious burger. Fresh ingredients, great staff and, a fair price. I've been going here for years and will continue to do so. Enjoy.

Parking lot with pitch black very poorly marked full of bad impaitcient drivers. Send the building was under construction.

Didn't hate it but it's not like Safeway years ago. Some areas are sparsely stocked. I was looking for Aspirin 81mg which is the dosage heart attack sufferers have to take each day in recovery. They had every dosage but 81mg.

Great staff, produce and selection, helpful staff too. Chris is fantastic, he is such a nice guy and knows where everything is in the store, always cheerful, Donna is great too.

This Safeway was busy busy busy! Easy to navigate, beautiful store inside. However, in my opinion it's the parking lot that sucks. The amount of traffic and stores within the size of the parking lot is a little ridiculous. Just be careful!

Frustrating experiences at this store. It seems your staff aren't privy to the hot meals offered in front of the deli. I spent 10 minutes with a cashier today, who I've seen at this store for at least more than a month, and he had no idea about the daily hot meals that you offer. Further more, no one else in the store could help. I left without food and went to another grocer.

A little too expensive for my taste but the meat and fresh vegetables are of excellent quality as is the customer service.

The cashier wasn't friendly and the floor supervisor was even less friendly. The experience really soured my view of this store.
