The care my dog Molly received was excellent. The vet and techs were gentle with Molly and the treatment plan was clear. The cost was reasonable.

First time visiting Sage Creek Animal Hospital with my new cat. They were very friendly and helpful. Completed the wellness exam and vaccines are now up to date. I am quite happy with the service I received.

We switched from a vet office in St Vital recently and are so glad we did. Dr. Ray and Dr. Maryam are so talented and so caring. All of the staff here are fantastic. The difference in prices from the other place is crazy. I can’t say enough good things about Sage Creek Animal Hospital.

We've been taking our black lab and cat to Sage Creek Animal Hospital for 4+ years now. They have always been amazing with both of them. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ray Aslani and Dr. Maryam Mirzaie are the best and we can't forget all the great Vet Techs.

Best care ever. We are so grateful for everyone at Sage Creek. Special shoutout to Chan and Dr Maryam for taking the best care of our baby during his emergency. <3 Can't say enough good things! It makes a world of a difference to know he is well taken care of.

Dr. Maryam Mirzaie and team were so accommodating and super nice. My kitty was having a hard time with the long road trip to our new home and they assisted to the best of their abilities even reaching out to my home vet. Dr. Maryam was able to fit us in on short notice and was very understanding of my kitties vocalization, she was able to explain everything clearly. Overall it was a great experience.

Nice attitude, horrible sales tactics and service.

Our family has been taking our pets to this clinic for years but the service is progressively worse.

First our cat got the shot meant for dogs "by accident", where the staff nonchalantly said "oh, I'll just book you another shot for the right shot".

Next visit we are told we're paying for the whole course of treatment only to later realize a week later we were told half-truth and have to pay "another half".

Last straw was the 3 minute re-check that we were forced to pay nearly the full exam price for, obviously having no choice as they refused to allow us to get the medication alone.

I take my cats to Sage Creek and they are amazing! I can always get in to see them quickly and they show genuine concern and care for my pets.

Always a pleasant staff very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Prices are fair as well:)

I had to take my cat to the vet for the first time, for an injury. And they were amazing! I got an appt right away! The receptionists were so awesome and friendly over the phone and in person. Dr. Maryam was amazing too, she answered all my questions and had a great positive vibe!
Great team! I definitely hope I won’t have to go there for any emergencies for my little dude, but any appts I may have in the future I will definitely go there!

I have been taking my cat into this vet since Oct 2020 and recently started bringing a new kitten to them as well and today they let me walk away over an $88 cancellation fee. I am self-isolating as of last night and waited by the phone to cancel a same-day appointment as soon as they opened at 8am. I also mentioned that I had to send my newborn baby and partner away which also adds more stress to my current situation. I understand they need to charge fees for cancellations but I personally believe 9 hour heads up (which is the soonest I could call) is a good amount of time. And under certain circumstances I'm sure they can make an exception or waive a fee. I recently went in about 3-4 weeks ago and paid $500 and one of my cats is supposed to get a booster shot for less than $20 along with a pointless exam costing $88 which is mandatory. I explained the situation when I called in and there was no remorse or empathy for my situation which is unfortunate and makes me second guess the care they may have towards pet owners. A simple waive of this fee could have kept my business but I guess it wasn't worth it to them.

Dr. Ray Aslani and his team are top notch. We have been seeing Dr. Aslani for over 12+ years (previously at Henderson Animal Hospital). His care and kindness to our animals and to us has been outstanding. He has assisted our family with 3 pets throughout the years. We trust him, his care and his team. We highly recommend him and his clinic! 5 stars.

My experience with Sage Creek veterinary hospital was great.
Friendly, helpful front of house staff, and very kind, knowledgeable medical personnel take the time to go over past pet history, and ask & answer questions.

Once again they were very pleasant and provided good information on our Black Lab. I just wish it wasn't so expensive for all the tests. The specialist they brought in for the Ultra-sound was very professional and worked well with our dog. We thank her for her excellent work.

Went in to look for cat food, asked if they had a specific brand. The two receptionists seemed perturbed that they had to go look for in it in the back. If you don’t like the job, then find something else!

I called to inquire for a nail trim for our large breed dog (who is not a regular patient at this vet) and they were able to get her in the very next day. Her appointment was very quick and easy! She is VERY anxious when it comes to nail trims, yet she came trotting out afterwards happy as can be. Very happy with the service and will return. Thank you!

Discovered at daycare my dog had a little injury that was bleeding. Appeared to be a wart or a growth. Called Sage Creek Vet (my dog's regular vet) and they were able to get me in same day. My dog hates going to the vet and they are always accommodating his fear by getting us directly into a room without wait. The doctor that saw us that day did a thorough exam and explained our options clearly. She slso took the time to answer all of our questions. She also was eventually able to make my dog at ease. Prices are reasonable and treat me and my pet great. They also call you the next day to ensure your dog is doing well with the prescribed treatment.

What a wonderful experience. The staff were all friendly and attentive. The doctor explained everything in detail and the cost was very reasonable.

Took our 11 yr old cat there. All staff and the vet we saw were kind and welcoming. Found an infection in her eyes and also had to put her on a specific diet since she is getting older. She is doing much better now and our followup went great as well. Highly recommend them.

Got my Bucky (Husky) neutered and everything went well. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, answered all my questions.

They took our kitty and gave her meds and procedures that were not discussed prior to them doing it.
They also kept giving us bad news after bad news in an escalating manner; they gave no heed to the emotional damage they are causing by telling us bad news in increments.
We will be transferring over to a different vet.

Took my cat Bentley here to get neutered and I really enjoyed this vet and how friendly and fast the staff was even though Bentley didn’t want to be there and wasn’t having it. Thank you guys for your hard work it’s very appreciated!

Everyone was so great - we found a kitten under a dumpster and named him Hardware but we wanted to make sure he didn't belong to someone. I took him to Sage Creek Animal Hospital and they checked him over (they got me an appointment in 30 minutes!) and everybody loved him and wanted to make sure he was okay, and when I got the blood work back and he was in great condition everyone was so happy! Doctor Maryam let me listen to his little heartbeat through the stethoscope? IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL 10/10 would recommend Sage Creek Animal Hospital!

We've been taking our two dogs to Sage Creek Animal Hospital for for the past year. Dr. Mirzaie is wonderful.

I cannot even begin to express how much I love this clinic. I have worked in the pet industry for over 20 years, in clinics, retail and insurance and this clinic is well run, professional and compassionate. Dr. Ray is a truly amazing, sweet, kind and incredibly knowledgeable veterinarian. From being through euthanasias to new puppy’s with this clinic the service is always consistent and honest. Thank you so much Dr Ray for being a phenomenal owner and doctor.

The staff/techs are so friendly and great that it's hard to believe (some of) the vets are so awful. On our last visit the vet was more interested in repeating a badly memorized sales script (trying to force an unnecessary meds or tests through fear) rather than looking at our dog's name or health history first. The location is very convenient if you live in the area and, but ask your neighbors with pets or read some the regular/bad reviews so you can set your expectations.

Friendly staff. Vets are nicer and more well mannered than most family doctors. They seem to genuinely care about the health of pets. A little overpriced but very flexible with scheduling appointments.

I would like to comment on my first 2 visits with Sage Creek Animal Hospital.
Staff is friendly, informative and very helpful, with follow up after appointments, with which I amvery impressed. The diabetic consultation was detailed and very helpful.

I am so grateful for the care my 16 year old cat received. The veterinarians, techs and staff did everything they could to help Sayeed and bring him to some level of comfort. When it became apparent that nothing more could be done they were kind and honest about what needed to happen. They made a difficult time bearable and I will always be grateful for the level of care and concern shown to both me and Sayeed. He is now at peace. Thank you to the Dr’s, veterinary techs and staff. They work so hard at what can be such a difficult job.

My 12 week old Maltese puppy had an allergic reaction to one of the shots that it received and threw up everything. I had to bring him right back to get a couple of antihistamine shots right away in case his throat closed off. They took great care of him and re-embursed me for the one drug and treatment after. Dr. Mirzaie took good care of my little Allie and made sure that the next vaccine didn’t cause any problems. She is a very caring and personable Vet.

Always very nice to deal with. Looked after my dog and after we got the cone of shame off everyone was happy. Many thanks ️

We live nearby and really wanted this vet to work out, but after the most recent issue today, we have now switched.
I made an annual check up appt a couple weeks ago for our dog and with spring nearly here, I specifically asked to pick up flea/tick/heart worm prevention meds at the same time. I went to the appointment today and was told that before they could provide me with the meds, they would need to do a $60 mandatory yearly heart worm test. I've been to various vets in the time we've owned animals and never heard of this test. The tech explained the test and why it was mandatory and when I questioned it further, she said she would send the vet in to talk to me. After 10 mins, a different tech (not the vet) came in and reexplained all the same things. I understand the reasoning behind it but I would rather do my own research and not be forced into doing something when there are clearly mixed opinions on it. I would have also appreciated being told about the test on the phone when I made the appointment. We're now set up with a different vet where the test is recommended, but not mandatory.

Another more serious issue that could have caused our puppy serious health issues- I brought our new puppy in for his 3 month appointment in January and mentioned a concern we had over his red lower eye lid area (both eyes). The vet said he didn't see anything wrong and said it was likely genetics. Still a concern a couple months later, I took him to a different vet for a second opinion where I was told he has entropion dog, a condition where the eyelids roll slightly inward causing the hairs to rub against the eye resulting in redness and inflammation. Although not guaranteed to be a long term fix, he gave us eye drops and 3 days into a 10 day treatment, his eyes already look 100% better. If this was left untreated, it could have led to cornea ulceration resulting in scarring and vision problems.

The clinic is very good and explained everything nicely. Doctors as well helped with all the questions.
Although its but too costly. But overall good experience.

I always love coming here. Staff are knowledgeable, accommodating, and kind. The doctors listen to my concerns and work with me towards reaching care goals for my pets.

Edit: Shortly after her shots my puppy developed diarrhea.
It was 1: 45 when I called.
I was told by the receptionist, that it could be Parvo and that it is a really bad disease, but at the same time was informed that unfortunately I can NOT have her seen by a vet today! She referred me to an emergency clinic! That is NOT what I expected, after carefully chosing this vet! Very disappointing!

My first time here with a new puppy. I used to go to a different vet before with my old dog, but didn't wantvto go there anymore due to sad memories. Everyone at Sage Creek was very friendly and welcoming. The Vet Tech was extremely empathetic. Dr Ray didn't rush through the examination and made Riley very comfortable with lots of reward treats.

Excellent service, quick food delivery, and lots of availability for appointments. Best vet in the city!

The staff at Sage Creek Animal Hospital were very professional. They followed all covid protocols in making sure that our nice little one was adequately cared for. It is amazing to see hospital staff working in the midst of the pandemic. Thank you all.

Went there once with my new puppy just for her vaccinations. As soon as the vet had seen us she seemed very judgemental. Telling me how I should train my puppy and what not, it was multiple things she apparently had a problem with.but I mean she was a new puppy.she's not going to be trained and well behaved in 2 days.other than that it was an alright experience.

I don't go there anymore for multiple reasons. 1) Not once but twice I realized my ferrets had cancer before the vet did, even though they both had full checkups weeks to a month prior. 2) on one of the ferrets, they tried to push for a $1,500.00 surgery even though the survival chance was only 5-10%. Medications were not offered in lieu.
3) when asking about financing for said surgery, no one in the building knew anything about the company they work with for it and the receptionist handed me the phone and told me to ask the financing questions to the financing company directly.
4) I ended up having to put down that ferret because the quality of life was too poor. 6 months later I got a happy birthday card and shot reminder for that pet and I had to call and remind them that the pet was put down by their vet in their building and to not send me anything again.

My boy cat Archie required quite an extensive dental procedure - two extractions & cleaning. He's a very nervous & anxious boy at the best of times so I was very worried going into the appointment. He has just been a little super-star since he came home & has bounced back so quickly. They did just a wonderful job taking care of him & ensuring he received the best possible care! I've been taking my pets there since 2013 - we will certainly continue!

Safe Creek Animal Hospital has been taking care of my Yorkie puppy since we got her this Sprint. They are extremely compassionate and want the best for your animal. The front staff are kind and very efficient.

These folks are always so prompt and helpful with my questions and requests. Got my pup in quick yesterday:) Very professional, friendly and they know their stuff.

We brought little one to get his ears checked they were excellent and because it was his first visit it was discounted! They also had his drops there so no running around thanks!

I have taken my 2 dogs and more recently my cat here. Very kind and gentle staff. We initially thought the cat needed hip surgery but with a careful exam, the vet decided to try other measures first, which I really appreciate, and it seems like its working!
