Santa Lucia Pizza

Well, on a Tuesday night and I see no car at the restaurant. Called asked if we would get there at 730. Would we be able to eat in. Was told we would have to be out at 8: 00 because they close.
So are you open till 8. Or close to ordering food at 8. Because if I would have stop at 730, we had to eat the food in like 10 min or less. It would need time to cook.

Had a very pleasant experience with my family this past Sunday, even though we had a large pizza order and ate in they were accommodating and didn't rush us despite being near closing. Really appreciated the fast service as well.

This place needs a complete upgrade. It has nothing going for it, a disappointment from the time one walks in the door until it's time to leave. The service was about the only thing I would say anything positive about.

Staying at the hotel in town.call here to ask about delivery. They tell me to just come get it myself.

We stopped for takeout pizza to enjoy with our friends in Lowe Farm today. The service was so friendly & so quick! We had never been there before… WOW! The pizza was Awesome and your house red was so good! Thank you Santa Lucia in Morris! We’ll make a point to come back again! Happy New Year 2023!

Food was really tasty and our service was great! Visiting from Ontario in St Jean Baptist, we will come back and we recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, hot, yummy home cooked meal.

Very disappointing pizza from this location. Ordered a large pep bacon and green peppers pizza. Have almost no green peppers on it. Considering I paid 11.25 just for the toppings I was shocked. Even more disappointed after calling to complain. The owners son said the gp were under the cheese so I pulled a piece apart while on the phone with him. Not surprised but there was next to no gp. I drove round trip 1 hour to pay over $30 for not what I ordered. I tipped well to. There's no excuse for this shoddy pizza. I guess when you are the only pizza place in town making them right isn't a priority. Skip this place.

Great breakfast and dining experience. The food had great flavour, came out quick and hot in a warm little dining ambiance.

Literally took an entire hour just to serve 2 people while other people who came in after us finished their food before we even got ours

Went for lunch at the Morris, MB location. Food was good, I had the chicken souvlaki. The atmosphere was very depressing, the decor could use some upgrading.

They put ketchup on their gyro pizza when the rest of Manitoba Santa Lucia has tzatziki. Was not expecting a pizza doused in ketchup. Was very disappointed concerning I had just had a gyro pizza from the Steinbach location and it was delicious.

This place has some the best staff in town and very skilled. They have chosen to keep the name sake of Santa Lucia but no longer cook their recipes. They have a amazing bar tender Christine who has the skills and taste buds to bring it to the next level with customers dinning experience. I understand costs but low quality isn't acceptable for low cost. Prime rib prefrozen burger patties need to go. The owners really need to look at doing their own name with amazing food because they could do better. It's best pizza around the area for sure. Very weak competitors has gave them safe feeling which ain't good they have remodeled there bar which is nice but I can only hope they bring there A game going forward. Great people. Mike & Taso really are trying to do best they can but time to ditch the name and bring food quality to the game.

Went there with my girlfriend for the first time. Awful food. The manicotti tasted like it was smothered in ketchup and it tasted and felt like they had taken it out of the freezer and microwaved it. The waitress was very nice though. I would not eat there again

Excellent pizza you can tell its quality with Every bite. Greek salad was better than most. Service was great.

Will never order from here again. Ordered a ham and cheese pizza. We don’t live in Morris and were passing through. When we got home, we noticed the pizza didn’t look like a typical Santa Lucia pizza. It looked like a cheap frozen pizza had been heated up. AND there was no ham. Instead it was full of salami. Slices of salami and then chopped up little pieces of it every where. It was super weird, sloppy, and not what we ordered. I called the restaurant to explain and ask for our money back. They offered to make us a new pizza but I explained we don’t live there. Then they questioned whether it was in fact ham on there and I just thought it was salami. I assured them I wasn’t raised under a rock and can tell the difference between ham and salami. Even still, they only offered to give me a refund if I shared photos (to prove it was salami) and came in person. Come on - I live an hour away. Skip this place. If that’s the quality of customer service then who knows how they’re treating the food back there.

Love the atmosphere, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The main man and his wife are such kind, caring people. LOVE THIS PLACE ️

Ordered 2 dishes the manicotti and ravioli. The manicotti was very over cooked, the bottom of the pasta was covered in burnt black sauce. After scrapping that off I tried a bite, the pasta was tough obviously over cooked. There was just no saving this, even the garlic toast was bland. The ravioli was very greasy

Very friendly staff. Great food. Nice sized portions for the price. Make sure you got room for the food or be prepared to take half of your meal home.

Tried this place recently and it was terrible. Flavorless potatoes and soggy greek salad.

Had to keep waiting to have them restock items in the lunch buffet. Oct. 2019

We walked in. Had a 9 person group. Great service. Excellent pizza. Pac-man in the corner. Had to give it a try. Free pool for me and my 3 sons. If I am driving through again I am deffinetly stopping for a quick bite and something to wash it down.

Pizza is so amazing but.went to lunch with my mom and daughter and ordered a chef salad with shrimp and it was gross.the shrimp were like rocks very disappointed.so I rate it a 3

Went in Saturday afternoon.place had no customers.seated ourselves.young waiter gave us a lecture about waiting to be seated.threw menus at us and walked away.that's when we left.not before telling the idiot.he has a lot to learn about customer service.will not be back.pizza is so-so.rest of menu falls off a Cisco truck.lots of other places to spend my dollar.

I have had good experiences here. This last time however has been the last straw for me. Ordered 2 caesar salads ($10.95 each) and ordered 9 pieces of fried chicken ($22) Brought it home and opened it. It was all drumsticks, that were not completely breaded. Immediately called to ask what happened. Was greeted with the response, "what's your problem? " I explained that we were expecting thighs and legs and a kiel, not all drumsticks. She responded, "that's all we have right now. " You need to let your customers know that. Not overcharge them for 9 drumsticks. Could not believe that was the response I received. I brought the chicken back to get the money back. Did not receive an apology, not even a look in the eye. Just handed the money back and did not say a word. Unbelievably disrespectful and was not expecting that from this franchise. 100% will never go back. Keep your menu consistent!

Holy hot, turn on the AC. Food, meh. Service poor. Guess it's the best Morris has but still.pretty bad.

Drove into Morris from the city to meet family half way for an early dinner (430p). There was one other table with 2 people that came in after us. Took the waitress a while to come get our order and she wasn't overly pleasant about it. One person at our table requested a BLT. It was on the lunch (before 3pm menu) but we thought given the lack of customers they'd make an exception. The lady told us it was to busy to make a BLT (for those of you who don't know that's a sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato). He ordered something else.

We requested plain penne pasta tossed in butter for our toddler as a kids menu was not available. We were given grief about that but they made it happen.

Eventually the restaurant had 5 tables including us sitting down to dinner. At this point we were pretty much done and ready to go. The waitresses disposition eventually turned around so maybe she was just having an off day. Likely won't return, the customer service was a huge turn off.

Service was great, restaurant is clean. The pizza had too much sauce, lacked flavor and was slightly overcooked. Carbonara also lacked flavor. I would not eat here again unless I had too.

Road's were closed I couldn't get home, they took me in gave me a place to rest, fed me with the best pizza ever. Awesome people, awesome foodI recommend if you're driving through MORRIS MB stop in for a bite!
