Santa Lucia Pizza Main St.

Ordered spaghetti and meatballs.
It’s like eating a bowl of sugar.
No seasoning, the garlic bread has no garlic.
The pizza is fantastic, but I’ll never order the spaghetti again.

Nice relaxing setting the people are real their exceptionally nice and just a true blessing to be around they sure do make you feel right at home like you've been here forever they do have an exceptional staff no better place than to watch the game on the big screen

Had the baked lasagna. It was excellent. Our server Crystal was great and made me a wonderful Ceasar. Had an excellent evening. Highly recommended. We don't live in the area but we come to this location because Crystal always gives us a great experience. Would recommend!

The food here tastes great (when you actually get to eat it), but their delivery service is terrible. Half the time you order delivery from this place, the order either gets cancelled, or delivery takes over 2 hours.

Outstanding service and delicious food. The staff are very helpful and organized. Hosted a dinner for 40 people (the restaurant and patio were used), and the service was excellent. Guests were very happy.

The food and service are pretty good, they had a decent variety of food. I don't really like parking on Main Street though.

We dine in regularly at this location as it’s close to home and has become our favourite the bar tenders and staff are always pleasant and food is always hot and great to taste! Never leaving disappointed or hungry

I don't normally revise reviews, but after a big allergy screw up and the way it was handled after, I can't trust this place anymore. If you are forgiving of the odd error on your order, it's good pizza.

Quality over quantity. But still lots of quantity. We've been ordering from here a lot since lockdowns. They can be a little busy at times, but for good reason.

All around poor experience would rate it zero if I could.

Staff were not polite?

We were a party of 3 with a child and was asked to wait for a booth, multiple booths became available and when being seated we specifically requested a certain booth for 4 people against the window and the hostess then sat us next to a very big party screaming and yelling next to the kitchen.

Table was dirty, no utensils, was told that the food would be a bit so we ordered our daughter her food - We then ordered and a number of tables were then sat in the booth we had requested; they were also only parties of two and received all of their food prior to us even though we had arrived and ordered before them?

Once our food came it was not great at best, I’ll simply leave it at that….

Won’t be back, many other Santa Lucia restaurants around town!

Had a sm SLS pizza and Cajun wings, the best haven't had for a while, done excellent A must try

While we normally get their delicious pizza to go, this time we decided to have dinner inside. SO impressed! Large portions, fantastic food, reasonable prices, great service—absolutely plan to go back!

Went on a date with my wife here for lunch. There was one server on staff for the whole restaurant, who was very accommodating, and they must have been short staffed in the kitchen as well because we waited for an hour for our food. The portions were small and the food was not good.

I gave an extra star for the server because they were very friendly and took some off my bill for a pit in an olive I almost broke my tooth on. The olive was hidden in my pizza and was not a topping I ordered.

I would never eat here again.

Everything I get 2 pizzas for my family from here it's roughly $50 but the quality of pizza is quite good and they always make them fresh for pickup and if I ask for anything changed they oblige to the requests to absolute perfection. And it's always more then enough for 2 dinners or a dinner and lunch.

We had a SLS (Santa Lucia Special) light sauce
And Chicken and Broccoli which was surprisingly good.

Had the pep pizza and 2lbs of wings. And the riblets Greek style. Garlic bread sticks with cheese. Pizza was the best, every bite was delicious. Wings were awesome. Hot and salt and pepper. Sooo much better then sum places. Yummy! The riblets were delicious and made perfect. I really enjoy my food from this location, I highly recommend eating from here. Damn good! And Amey with a E was a perfect hostess as I waited for my order to b ready. Was very positive and helpful with my questions, she made me feel welcome and appreciated. Thk u Amey.

The pizza was outstanding! The best Santa Lucia pizza we’ve had. We ordered a ham, shrimp & mushroom pizza along with breadsticks. The food was fantastic! Server was excellent. Highly recommend!

Not a fancy place decor wise, but the pizza is one of my favorite in the city. Service was great.

I went there that day specifically to play VLTs & to have a drink.
I found it pleasantly quiet & comfortable in their restaurant. The drinks are reasonably priced and had enought VLTs yo choose from.
When I'm feeling the need for some me time I'll be heading back to this location of Santa Lucia's

A little on the pricey side but I tried their new plant based Earth lovers pizza and it was delicious. Really love the atmosphere of their St. Mary's location and the staff is friendly.

Big fan of Santa Lucia. I typically order from the Henderson location, but recently ordered from Main St. Same quality, my only "gripe" was that it seemed to have less sauce than the Henderson location

Yumm. First time eating this tonight. The Santa Lucia Special is the best deal. What amazingg pizza. 2 huge pizzas that easily fed 5 adults for 10 bucks each. Delivery guy was super nice too.

I order there every week the same 2 pizzas and they send me back bacon on a ham pineapple an reg bacon pizza. I was even trying to reorder a pizza I'd pay for since it was a ridiculous argument over bacon! I was trying to reorder and pay. I'll never order from this location again look in ur computer I pay ur bills. There's no bacon at all its all ham! I ordered the Santa Lucia special also I'm not sure who's running this place in the day time but I've never had a problem at night always great in the past.

Wonderful staff brought the pizza right out to the car! Paid at the car and went. Loved the curbside delivery and the staff at this location is always happy and cheerful. The pizza is great as well for a premium pizza. It's not a cheap place but the toppings are always loaded on and you get what you pay for.

Have to say it been very awesome from your csr's & after you make your choice on the menu they read back the orderto you so the order is correct, awesome gr8 staff members you greet you at the door or at the counter as you enter & people in the kitchen getting it done or from back of house to the front of the house working as a team gr8 job by all

Nope how is it your original location (santa Maria) is cheaper and better both taste and quantity and it's in Thompson you became greedy for money lost your roots only time I wish I was back home is when I crave SANTA MARIA pizza. Yous got sold out

Pizza at this place is disgusting, stuff is 100% unprofessional, taking way to much time for 1 pizza, 45 min! Seriously?
I expected more from this franchise!

Pasta is decent enjoyed the beef ravioli and meat sauce, gyros are pretty decent definitely up there, ribs are respectable and saucy and fairly tender which is nice cause I've had my fair share of underwhelming ribs, French fries taste like old school homemade fries you get from a mom and pop shop in a small town which is awesome just needs a bit more seasoning for me personally and there pizza is up there only place I order pizza for delivery now hands down they got the best bbq chicken pizza in the city.

DISGUSTING!
I ordered with a $33.00 pizza with a gift card I received doing frontline care work at my job as a Christmas gift from my employer.
I also used to work as a cook at Santa Lucia so I know the quality of food they used to put out.
My pizza was over sauced, had too much cheese and the toppings were all miss proportioned.
The manager admitted it was a error on their part. I was then asked why I did not call when I was immediately dissatisfied with my pizza. When I told the manager it was because I thought they would not care and that I assumed I would not receive any customer service. The manager then proceeded to tell me that if I had call immediately they would have done something but because I called the next day. They were only required to care 50% about my problem and offered me 50% off the next time I order a pizza.

You guys gotta be honest with the couriers. Why dont you just tell straight up how long is it gonna be for the order to be ready. Saying 5more mins and then adding 5mins everytime they ask is just foolish. Terrible service.

Love this place grew up with there food. The service was amazing. Covid has lots of limitation, not the here. Felt really great server was 110%

Took a gamble and ordered from this location. What a waste of money. I don't understand how Santa Lucia pizza can be voted the top pizza over and over again. The pizza was just ok. Not great and not the worst. Pizza was overcooked and very very salty. One pizza was completely wrong. Ordered green peppers, mushrooms and pepperoni but got tomato, chicken and bacon. Clearly there is no attention to detail at this location if they can't get a simple order correct. The time it took from ordering to delivery was about 90 minutes. In my opinion, frozen pizza from the supermarket is better than this place. Also, beware of the online menus vs the in restaurant menu. Some items are completely different.

Simply the best, in my opinion, lasagna and fettuccine alfredo.
Always get it here. Try it for yourself, and you will agree.

My saviors. Love the nachos and one of the only locations to get them at. I hope other location see how amazing they are are.

We decided to ordered in for our 29th anniversary since all restaurants were closed due to Covid. HUGE disappointment, the food was terrible. When the food arrived the main portions were warm but far from hot, the two sides and had to be reheated as they were actually cold. We ordered ravioli with mushrooms, shrimp skewer and calamari side. Calamari was stuck in some solid cheese, most of which I couldn't even pull off the bottom of the tinfoil container. It really had no flavour, and the hard clump of melted 'cheese' was disgusting. Ravioli had the same hard 'cheese' on top which tasted terrible. I removed the cheese and even the ravioli taste was off. We also ordered the Chicken Parmigiana, it had the same odd taste as the Ravioli, the meat was dry and did not taste like it had just been cooked for our dinner, it tasted like a sad leftover. The Alfredo was OK but not really enjoyable after tasting the rest of our meal. It really tasted like the food was re-heated then sat under a warming light for far too long. We have ordered pizza at this location before and its been fine, this was our first time ordering main courses.

Just had the Santa Lucia gyro pizza and OMG it is fantastic got it with the thin crust it is definitely one to order very very tasty

Alright. I am a fan for quite sometime now. I ordered a 10" to go and said it was gonna take 15-30 mins since the shop had a lot of orders than usual (it was a saturday). One of the managers noticed us in the car at the back lot and thought we waited long. I met him inside and gave us free salad and 1 ltr drink to compensate. That was unexpected but was really cool of them.

Besides the glass chard in my cousins drink, probly only order drinks that don't require mixologist, other then that slots are closed

Horrible wings they were very dry and I paid lots of them I used to really like there food but that was a turn off worsted $40 I ever spent

I come here for work and it's mostly really great service! A few times hit or miss but I enjoy the food and the atmosphere each time.

Just ordered chicken pitas and the chicken was completely raw. Called made complaint and was told the kitchen made sure it was cooked. Absolutely disgusting.
