Santa Lucia Pizza Regent

I ordered the Santa Lucia Special. Very bland, missing something & didn't have enough pizza sauce. Usually I order from the St. Mary's Rd.location, and it always tastes great from that location. From now on I guess I have to drive a little further for my pizza.

Ordered on Saturday Dec 30th Pizza was delicious but the lasagna was not very good. Complained on Web site and they offered me a $10 coupon for $30 worth of lasagna I threw out will not be ordering from Regent Ave location anymore

We ordered chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the chicken pieces were very large (easily two bites) which we felt should be smaller. We also ordered lasagna with meat sauce that was not at all appealing and tasteless. The only bonus is that the portions were great but would have been better if the food was good.

Great quality of food and customer service. I was impressed with the amount of pizza toppings. I will only order from this Santa Lucia location because it never disappoints.

We have been ordering from this location for years (regent) this past year or pizza is either over cooked or still raw in the middle.
We have switched over to Henderson location and haven't had a problem since.

We have always enjoyed the thin crust pizzas. My wife loves the vegan pizza and I love the keto option. Hands down, best pizza in town!

I ordered pizza from Santa Lucia on Regent for the first time last night, and I was blown away by the quality! The crust was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and abundant. The delivery was quick and the pizza arrived piping hot. I can't wait to order from Santa Lucia Pizza again!

This is my favourite Santa Lucia in the city. The quality of the food keeps getting better- it’s always fresh, you can taste the quality of ingredients, which is nice, they don’t cheap out on food.the service is great- servers are attentive especially to dietary restrictions.

I am a dedicated customer to Santa Lucia on Regent. I enjoy our weekly family dinners from this location. My experience has been nothing short of satisfactory. The food and hospitality are top notch. I highly recommend our neighbourhood Santa to all seeking delicious meals at an affordable price. You can make it hearty and healthy too with the various gluten-free and vegan.

You would think if you're buying $60 worth of food they could pay attention to your order, they did not and we had to wait another 40 minutes. They could of rushed our order but no they already had our money. Then they forgot the 2L pop? It's hard to justify paying that much money when you get that kind of service.

Everything tasted amazing until I found the wings had little white or blonde hairs baked into them. I tried to pull them out of the breading but they were far too cooked into it. There was a lot of them too! First time I've seen anything like that. Either someone cooking needs a beard and hair net or the person doing prep needs to make sure hairs are not falling out. I also didn't appreciate how loud the driver knocked at my door after I buzzed him up from the lobby. Normally amazing food. I'm only giving extra stars because the pizza and lasagna were great and the order was correct.

Trash.absolute garbage wouldn't give me a credit on what they call lasagna just gross tasteless waste of money no ricada cheese not lasagna

I finally tried there pizza there for the 1st time since it opened up years ago. I must say it not only was good the price was reasonable. The service was out standing.

We've had Santa Lucia pizza from many locations around the city and this one doesn't measure up. The beef topping was all but non-existent- thought they forgot but then found a few crumbles in the middle. The cheese was really skimpy also - not worth the high-cost.

Home style pizza, very good, my entire family enjoyed it.
And please try there home made fries best in transcona!

Ordered through skip and i didnt get my order.the driver said he delivered it at the backdoor but when he arrived he said he left it at front and someone probably took it, and he didnt text that the order was outside until he was back at the store.santa lucia said to contact skipthedishes since it was ordered through a third party app and skip said they cant help me either since it was delivered by the store. 2 hrs of contacting and basically no one can help.worse experience i ever had of using any delivery app in years.never again from this store.

Favorite pizza place in Winnipeg! Best ham and pineapple pizza in the city, trust me I did a lot of pizza research.

I was a little concerned with the price but the quality turned out to be amazing! It was very delicious. Totally recommend.

Ordered the game day special and the pepperoni and green peppers pizza I ordered was bland, beef ravioli was missing beef in most of the ravaoli and the sauce was bland and not very good, Greek salad had olives when I said on my online order no olives please and the garlic toast was overcooked.
I have ordered from this location many times and this is the first time I can recall this being very poor quality. Something was definitely off and I would be surprised if I was the only one. I'm not sure if I will order again or anytime soon.

Best pizza in town! My favourite I'd the BBQ chicken pizza, as well as the gyro pizza. I love that the founder of Santa Lucia Pizza is pictured on the front of each box. The deep family roots of this pizzeria make their products one-of-a-kind. The customer service at this place is excellent, and I enjoy interacting with the staff. The drivers follow strict COVID-19 protocols, which makes me feel safe in this pandemic era.

"It's all about the sauce"

I wont order on Fridays anymore and if this continues will go elsewhere. Very little topping on pizzas tonight and pizza almost cold on arrival delivery. It was like cheese pizzas. We both noticed our pizzas not up to the cost one pays for them! Really disappointed this evening. It may be the Transcona location. St Mary's where we used to live was high standards.

Ordered two pizzas (a pepperoni and a pepperoni with mushroom and red onion). The pep was regular crust and the one with mushroom and onion thin crust. First problem Is they had the crust thicknesses reversed. Perhaps no big deal but when you have kids it can be. Second problem was that one of the pizzas must have been carried on its side as the whole pizza was crumpled in the box. Pizza only covered half the box as it was all squished over itself. With the two issues I would expect a credit for at least one pizza. No credit offered when we called. Such is life. Frankly the quality of the pizza from when we ordered back in the day from the store on St. Marys has gone down hill dramatically. Perhaps it is just issues with the Transcona store. Anyway plenty of other places to get a better pizza for the price.

I ordered the thin crust pizza for delivery. The crust was soggy. The manager said it’s because it’s thin crust. Now, I know never to order that again. I said, I am not calling for a free pizza. Just asking why it was soggy.

Today was a day of firsts. First time ordering Santa Lucia, First time ordering on line, Thank you Management and staff for providing excellent customer service. We ordered the 9 chicken dinner. Your delivery driver was friendly, courteous, respected social distancing as well even inquired if we received our coleslaw in the bag because he didn’t remember seeing it. It was not in the bag and I told him not to worry about it especially if it that busy. Things happen. He suggested maybe a credit towards next order and that worked for me. Not even 5 minutes later another driver came by with the coleslaw. To the manager this kind of customer service goes beyond and I hope you are proud. I certainly am. After this experience I will be a repeat customer for sure. By the way the meal was hot and delicious!

After ordering for long time online, Lucia decided to add the automatic tip to the total price. This I do not agree with. Why am I obliged to tip? What happens if I have a bad service or order that day. I have to tip? C'mon Lucia unreal man! I allways tipped.now I will allways not spend my dollars at ur establishment! GOOD BYE

Pizza was excellent as always even with how busy they were trying to keep up with the Valentine's Day orders. Job well done.

I am a regular customer that orders normally about three times a month at this Santa Lucia.
Last Thursday, January 30 I ordered pizza and a salad when it came to the door they had given me a large salad when I ordered a small and then I decided to pay for anyway but when I opened up the pizza box they had put pineapple on my pizza when I had asked for pepperoni I decided I was going to call them and when I did they had offered me a free topping on my next order for the mistake I said I’m sorry but that is not good enough this was the third time they had made a mistake on my order in the last 4 months so I asked to speak with a manager!
In doing so he was completely rude and very unhelpful and very unsympathetic he asked if he could remake the pizza for me as long as I didn’t eat the other pizza but I had told him that unfortunately we were leaving within the next half hour so my kids are going to be forced to eat the messed up pizza, he basically said oh well! I had asked if he could just give me a credit for a new pizza the next time I ordered And he said no he couldn’t do that, it Has to be done at this time! I again told him that this was not my mistake and they should properly rectify the situation because on the previous two other times that they screwed up nothing was done for me, and he was just as rude about it those times as well! There is no customer service when it comes to that guy! I’m not sure why this guy is a manager because he has no managerial skills! I had asked to speak with the owner, he said he would give him my number and

“He will call me when it’s convenient for him! ”

It Will be one week tomorrow and still no phone call no apology no nothing which makes me certain there is no such thing as customer service at the Regent Avenue Santa Lucia!
I will not be ordering again from this place until This situation is properly handled I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they are letting me down!
Whatever happened to the phrase the customer is always right?

Generally everything is spot on, my only complaint is the lack of balsamic dressing and for some reason putting dried parsley on their garden salad

Ordered a 13” pepperoni, side bacon, and extra cheese but the pizza we got did not have extra cheese but had mushrooms. Because we are too much of it (partner likes mushrooms) they told me they would not fix the issue. Just a side not, we’ve had way better pizza from their restaurant on St. Mary’s Rd.

Still one of the best pizza i tasted here in winnipeg. But customer the service here is just lazy and unhelpful.

Had your 3 piece chicken dinner tonight. Fries were not fresh. Tasted like they were 2 days old. Garlic bread was hard and nearly burnt on one side. Unable to eat crust. Chicken a little over done. Definitely will not have again.

Epic food! So delicious and fresh.
I'm a vegetarian and there's a good assortment of choices.
I love the salads, fries, cake, Greek pizza,
Gyros.
