Been coming here since I was a kid, good memories of shopping with my mom and siblings came into the store with a ripped jacket today and they fixed it for free, I got a hat and jeans while waiting, very friendly staff

The customer service is unlike anywhere i have been it is so phenomenal. The moment i walked through the doors the lady asked me what i was looking for and started pulling jeans for me to try. She knew right away what would look best for my body type and what brand had the best cuts for my frame. She was so honest about what didn't look good and wasnt pushy about making sales. She genuinely wanted me to feel great in my jeans and i walked away with 2 perfectly fitting jeans that they hemed for me while i was paying for them. I HIGHLY recommended Sargent Blue Jeans. Mariah is an absolute sweetheart who knows her stuff! Walked in hoping to get a specific style, but she introduced me to something new that i never would’ve thought to get.i ended up liking them more and i bought them instead.they also do hemming, which is very handy.you don’t get the same experience at the mall, if you’re looking for nice jeans go here everytime.

We were there today n bought some stuff also got my zipper for my jacket that's gonna be put in got my pants taken in at the waist 2 pairs n 1 we bought while we we're waiting. THE STAFF IS AMAZING, FRIENDLY N HELPFUL the minute we were there til we left. AMAZING atmosphere n we're going back to get my other pants done. Loved the service, the merchandise. Had hidden gems if your a hat collector. Would definitely recommend this westend staple.

Lots of choices, free hemming, but the price is not the great deal it use to be.still, a good place to find a style you'll like.

I had never heard of this place until recently and I will never go anywhere for jeans again. I bought two pairs and the hemmed both the bottoms and waist so they fit me like a glove right while I waited. They were fantastic!

My dress pants were terribly altered by a professional suit making company, I felt ridiculous in pictures.thankfully somehow Sargent blue jeans was able to fix them and I was so so happy! Would give 10 stars if I could!

I had an excellent experience here. The owner eyed me and then handed me 2 pairs of jeans. I ended up loving both pairs so I bought both. They even hem pants on site at no extra charge. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

The staff really helps you, the women will even hem your pants you just bought, in minutes.they are wonderful staff and give excellent service. The jeans are a bit pricy and not really up to date styles.

Always receive very good service as soon as I enter the store. They have a very good selection of Jeans and competitive pricing. One of the best things, is that they do the cutting and hemming right at the store at no extra charge.

Went in to get two pairs of pants hemmed and I was out within 15 minutes. The ladies there are really customer oriented. 5 star experience.

This is THE best place to buy Jean's in Winnipeg. They provide assistance finding jeans that fit, and they hem the jeans right away at no extra charge. They also sell workpants and shirts and jackets.

Best place to find jeans. They take your size and fit you with the right Jean's. The are Jean magicians and will hem them right there for you too. When in Winnipeg, stop by and check them out. They have become my must stop everytime I'm in town. 200 stars out of 5.

Excellent service, they make you feel like your the only person. In the city,

Very large selection (no raw and/or selvedge though, but that's kind of a dying trend I think) and extremely helpful staff. A very old fashioned shopping experience where a staff member (Laura I think) took me in hand and found stuff I might like. Her first pick was the right one and I ended up a pair of silver jeans from a Winnipeg based company. Thanks all. Friendly professional and knowledgeable service.

As someone that has worked in a clothing store myself, I have to say I am thoroughly impressed by the customer service here. Barely had to tell them anything, they only had to take one look at me and they immediately predicted my size almost perfectly. Lots of selection and styles. Prices what you'd expect, not super cheap but you get what you pay for.
