Would highly recommend Sarte. We had our furnace, A/C and some additional ducting done. They were able to schedule us in shortly, and come in and did the job quickly and clean. Even came back to fine tune the furnace when it was time to start heating the house this fall. Sammy and his team are very friendly and professional.

I called Sarte when my air conditioning was no longer cooling. I had determined on my own by listening to the AC and furnace that the culprit was the blower in the furnace. The guy from Sarte did exactly the same and told me he would get me a price on a new blower motor. On the way out, he mentioned his recommendation would be to replace the furnace, AC, and water heater (which is 3 years old) as well as install a heat pump.

The next communication I received was 5 weeks later with an invoice for their diagnostic services.
Thankfully, I didn't wait around to hear about their pricing.

0/10, wouldn't recommend.

Sarte Heating & Cooling is very responsive and profressional. I hired the company to install heating & cooling and electrical work. When asked to fix a short fuse or hot water tank issues, Sammy responded before the end of the day and service was completed within 48 hours. I highly recommend his company for new homes and any replacement heating, cooling, air conditioning and electrical services.

Called this morning around 9: 00 regarding A/C system issue. They had the unit repaired by 13: 45! Super quick, friendly, professional service. Everything was clearly explained and repairs were less than I had anticipated.

10/10 would use again.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM - A month ago I would have - NOW NO.
Our furnace motor went down in July and they responded faster then the company that had the warranty. HOWEVER - the unit motor they installed was more powerful and as a result damaged the fan blade unit.
The tech came out the first time because the unit was making a VERY LOUD noise - he said everything was fine because the unit had a stronger motor. However we complained again and they came out again. The tech diagnosed the problem as being the fan blades due to the motor being more powerful. This now also needed to be replaced. Let's remember its been +28 or more outside the house. Somehow a new motor damaged a perfectly good blade.
The tech came on a Friday August 10th - no fan blade - so cam back Monday august 13th with a fan blade unit. However he FAILED to measure the size and came back with a unit WAY TO SMALL. Returning to the office to find another - he called - we can get you a NEW one $400 plus labor. It's +28 I said yes. He returned and showed me the new unit and installed it.
Once turned on the unit had an even worse noise and was pushing NO AIR. After taking the whole unit out for the third time now - was determined WRONG blade unit.
The tech said he would be back later in the day to put in a new blade unit. This was now 10AM (second full day off I had taken from work). He would be in contact with me later to confirm a time. Well at 4: 45PM I text the tech - still coming "NO"
I had to text back - Do we have any idea time frame? Now been two days with no results wrong parts?
Response "Sorry my parts manager hasn't given me any up-dates or time frame - really Sorry"
I responded - I wanted someone from the office to call me ASAP with a time frame. Not acceptable to just have people sitting at home and not giving any response.

Response? SILENCE

So I called the office directly - got a very nice lady - told her the situation. She agreed not acceptable. The owner does not like this and will respond to me ASAP. That was Monday August 15th at 5PM. It's now Tuesday 11: 14AM. NO ONE - NOT ONE SIGNLE PERSON HAS RESPONED. The so-called owner who takes great pride in his company - has not BOTHERED to respond. I have a furnace in pces, absolutely no AC or even a FAN to push air in plus 28 degree weather since. NOT ONE PERSON has bothered to respond knowing they HAVE MY FURNACE RIPPED APART.

Amazing service and pricing. Our Ac went on the hottest day of the year. They had a technician out in a few hours and a new unit was installed up to code within 48 hours. There pricing was excellent and Sammy the owner is so professional and easy to deal with.

They tried to repair my water heater on Tuesday, said that it was fix but it wasn't because on Wednesday we had the same problem. I call them on the same day to report the issue and to ensure that they will fix it properly they said that the tech will call me but no body called in. Called back again on Thursday and they said again that somebody will call me but no one did. Come Friday I called again and send that they will send a tech out but nobody every shown up! This is so unprofessional! I am disgusted with their service.

Purchased an Air Conditioner thru this company and all I have to say is that they are honest, polite, and respectful guys. Dale the sales rep was a pleasure to deal with and answered all the questions I had regarding warranties and the no hidden charges should we require repair work. The install techs, Daniel and Vince were awesome, respectful, polite and informative. Explained to me how to maintain the ac and what happens when we schedule maintenance work through them and what they check. I highly recommend. If I have any future repair work or upgrading/replacing any type of hvac system in the house, wouldn't hesitate to call them.

I called Sarte a week ago asking to have my air conditioner replaced i have yet to recieve a call back. I will be taking my business elsewhere

My experience with Sarte was awesome! Dale was a pleasure to work with, and so were the installers. They helped me upgrade my furnace, put in an new filter box to replace the old washable filter I was previously using. During inspection, Manitoba Hydro commented on the clean installation job and commented that “these guys always do a good job. ”

Not to mention they beat every quote I got!

Very professional and best people. The owner him self gave me so much infomartion and help me to trouble shoot the furnace for days and anytime. They also let me know about covered warranty of parts and labour, which I had no idea about. I highly recommend, best and honest people.
