Marshall Dyck is the real deal when it comes to professionalism and knowledge of product. I greatly value his input and trust 100% that he has researched a product thoroughly before he recommends it to me. Marshall is the reason I prefer to buy at Sawatsky's even though I live in Winnipeg. 10/10!

I won't support any store that promotes fairstone financial. Shame on you. Anyone that uses fairstone financial will never own their furniture and likely pay several times for it, maybe lose their house. I cannot stress enough. Don't

Absolutely worst customer service! They overpromise about the quality, and then once you try it out at home, and it doesn't perform as promised, they refuse to take it back. (Even within 1 week after purchase.) This is exactly their words: you paid for it. It's yours. We don't take back used appliances.
Trying it out once at home they consider 'used'. Definitely won't be back! I'll makes sure to tell as many people as possible to stay away! Marshall was the employee's name.

Sales woman seemed very un-interested in helping me out. Couldn't leave fast enough despite the fact that I said I was interested in numerous items for my home.

We bought all new appliances for a new house we built through Dena. She was easy to work with, helped me with some research and advice. Prompt at returning emails. When delivery guys showed up they were so good! The delivery guys went above and beyond for me! I am very happy.

Good quality furniture. We had a couch with some defects from the store, but sawatzkys was quick to get us a replacement. It looks great and we are happy. Great delivery service as well!

I needed a new element for an oven I own. I took pictures and went there (25min drive) to see if they could help source one, They were not willing to even look at photo's with out having the serial #, OK I thought not the end of the world, I wish they would at least try but fine, I then got the serial # and phoned them to confirm that they had one and yes they said they did. I made an appointment to come and pick it up. I drove there again. I went inside and yup no problem, I proceeded to pay and then they said ok we will get the element from the back, I already thought hmm, not ready for pick up? I just paid for it and with Covid 19 I thought they would have it ready as I already called earlier and arranged the pickup. (days before) After 20 min of waiting and three different people trying to find the element they came back and said sorry but we could not find it and we will have to order another one, it will be over a week to get in. So with not much options I was polite and said OK let me know when it is in and I drove home again.
The next day I was able to source one elsewhere For 40% cheaper and bought it. I called them back to cancel the order and asked for the refund as I already paid for it in the first place, they are now saying I have to go back to physically get the credit. I tried to get them to do it without me coming in but they said that was not possible, at this time I was getting frustrating and after explaining the issues with this whole deal the guy simply said to me " well it is in the past and we cant do anything about it so lets move on" I thought how unbelievable! Who talks to a customer like that after putting him through the ringer. All these issues came from one simple thing.they were to lazy to ensure they had it and didn't feel like getting it ready for pickup. I am hoping after this review they think long and hard about getting of there chairs and ensuring the parts are ready for when costumers arrange to pick something up.and if mistakes happen which is simply apart of life you at least you show compassion and ensure the customer is happy in the end. Very disappointed. Simple professionalism goes a long way.

These guys went above and beyond to enable us to get exactly what we needed, during a pandemic the choices were few. They patiently worked with me to find new appliances that will last for years and look fantastic. They just kept on trying to find us a matching set! Thanks!

Huge thank you to Dan -Service Technician for the prompt and professional service he provided. One phone call took care of it all. The lights are back on in the range hood and the oven is working as good as new! Excellent service with a smile!

We recently purchased new furniture for our Livingroom at Sawatzky"s Furniture in Winkler. It was delivered on Tuesday September 1st and the 2 delivery people did a very efficient job. They surveyed the situation when they arrived (on time) and moved the old furniture to where we asked, and then they proceeded to bring in the new furniture. It was done in a very calculated and careful manner. It was placed where we asked them to place it, and after they were done, they went over the warranty, and gave us tips on how to maintain the furniture to get the most use out of it. All in all we had a very pleasant experience when dealing at Sawatzky"s.

The most worst experience of purchasing.

It was my huge mistake of purchasing the all appliances from them. All of them came on time except of fringe.
After of 3 months of waiting for it it got delayed even longer. Manager was completely usefull, the only think he suggested is "keep waiting". I ended up paying more for the same fridge but with ice maker and water filter in it (completely useless function for me).

After that I got a fridge with multiple defects in it.
Very disappointed. I have no idea why they didn't check it before sending it to me.

I would recommend to go with Brick or Rona. It was a horrible experience for me going in to sawatzky's.

But the delivery guys was very accurate and fast. 5 stars for shipping!
