Good for many Services, however not really in tune with The Gigspot Economy.

The Scotiabank Carlton and Broadway branch USED to be well run but over the past 2 or 3 years there has been a noticeable decline in quality. Some the current (August 2023) financial advisors and managers are disorganized and dismissive. If you look at other recent reviews there has been a concerning trend here with regards to how they determine who they want to help and don't want to help. I didn't have that issue (at least it wasn't obvious) but they made a pretty big mistake with one of my businesses accounts that borders on negligence. I'd be careful going here is all i'm saying - we've moved our banking to another Scotia branch.

I gave 4 stars just because Grace is the problem at this location; power abuser woman, attention seeker, jealousy. The young lady thats sit towards the window she should be the next manager i am voting.
