Majority of them are r@c! S+s, very unhelpful and mean at this branch, except Mrs Sharon she’s super nice and understanding.

Kelvin doesn’t speak English properly even though he’s serving English speaking customers and Sel got aggressive when we had to explain things to her again. Such an unprofessional environment!

Worst service I got at this branch. They are not sitting there to help their clientele but to give them hard time. Customers deserve better service. They don't even know their policies.

It's not a difficult process to increase your daily purchase limit for your debit card is it?

Most employees at this branch don't know what they're doing. It's by far the worst experience in any banks I've been to in Winnipeg. Unbelievable!

Ms. Sharon's service is professional and polite, and her Mandarin is standard. It must be 5-star praise! !

Friendly staff. Lots of nature light. Clean. Why four stars and not 5, simple. Long line inside and only two tellers open. It could have been better with more staff working. I had to wait almost 15 minutes. Thank goodness I wasn't in a rush. The customer service staff member at the front was very kind but couldn't help me. It was nice that no matter how much time goes by, she always remembers me by name. One of the reasons I keep coming back.
