Very nice course. Was in great shape. Have never had a better golf experience anywhere. The staff was super friendly, but what was more impressive was the golfers on the course. Super nice, very helpful. A number of them pointed out my golf ball when it landed in the rough. As it happened with other members of our goursome. Kept me from looking for it and helped the flow on the course continue to move.
Didn't eat in the restaurant but the food must be good. It was very busy the whole time we were there. That must be a good indication.

Had an exceptional experience at Scotswood Links in Elm Creek, Manitoba. Not only is it a fantastic 18-hole public golf course, but the food and lounge surpassed my expectations. The portions are generous, and every bite was flavorful. I'm eagerly awaiting my next visit. The prices? Surprisingly reasonable. Highly recommend!

The course was dry, and we were told that they only had 1.5 inches of rain since the Spring. With all things considered, we really liked the course and the price for 18 holes and a cart was the cheapest we have found in Manitoba this season.
We enjoyed fish and chips and a drink after our round, and the staff were very attentive and friendly.
The course is 30 minutes West of the Winnipeg Perimeter, and was worth the trip!

The course is in very good shape considering how dry it is this year. Greens were awesome shape. Great value for this course. Will be back again.

5 of us just played here on 17 Jun '23 and had a really enjoyable round of golf. I first need to thank the course for accommodating advance booking given we were traveling on a golf road trip and needed to make a tee time plan. They arranged a good time for a 3some an 2some back-to-back tee time (and on a Saturday!). Awesome service.

Upon arrival staff was friendly and courteous which is a great way to start your day. First tee was backed up a little and we ended up waiting a little on every tee box but the group ahead of us was friendly and it can't hurt when you are having a fun day.

The course itself was a nice design and water comes into play on multiple holes making it a challenge for all levels of golfers. Bunkers could use a little work but they were playable. Greens were in good shape and quick; fairways were also nicely cut and mostly weed free.

Rates with power cart was reasonable and the carts themselves were in good condition.

All-in-all this course was a pleasant surprise and I will be adding to my list of road trip courses for my next western road trip.

I would definitely recommend a round of golf Scotswood Links. Only thing keeping me from 5 stars was the actual pace of play but it was a Saturday morning and we were a 3 and 2 so keeping up to the group in front is easier but that group also waited at times.

The golf course was in good condition and the layout was pretty nice as well with the streams and little ponds.

Wonderful meal and venue for our parents’ 60th wedding anniversary! Clark assisted us with which area of the clubhouse would best suit our needs (no stairs please for aging parents!) and provided ideas for the menu. Super staff — attentive, but unobtrusive. Would highly recommend it for your special occasion.

Great local rural course about 30-40 minutes West from Winnipeg just past Elm Creek on hwy 2. New 2 story clubhouse and patios/ decks overlooking the 1st, 9th and 18th holes. Good variety of par 3,4 and 5 holes with creeks and woods winding along the course which adds interest but most often not trouble if hitting half decent. Less than 4 hours for 18 holes has always been manageable so far. Well cared for fairways, greens and tee boxes with very little ground under repair. Enjoy golfing here.
