On March 12,2022 I leased a New 2021 Renegade Trailhawk, 4D Utility 4WD with 1100km. Since this time, I have had nothing but problems. It is now October 17,2023 and the problems have not been fixed. The service dept.has been great in trying everything that they could. But according to them I am the only one with these problems in Canada.
Well, before I Bought the Jeep, I was told by Andrew Rewucki, General Sales Manager before I took on this lease that I would be looked after if I had any problems with my health or anything with the Jeep. Since I was 64 at the time and not sure about leasing. I believed him.
Well, this is not true. I received a voice mail From Lawrence Smith (Sales) on my phone, stating that they would get me into another SUV since I was having so much problems. Lawrence said that my payments would not change. So, when I went to look at this other SUV, happy with this solution to my problems with the Jeep. They then informed me that my payments would go up a couple hundred dollars. When I told them that I could not afford it they said then there is nothing that we can do for you. This was told to me by Quang Dang (General Manager) and Andrew Rewucki, (General Sales Manager). "Then you just have keep bringing back the Jeep to get fixed. We won’t do anything for you". Lawrence Lee Smith just sat at his desk and said nothing. When I asked what they would do with the Jeep I was told that they will send it action and get full price on it. But they would not do anything for me. I do wonder is it is because I am a Metis 65 year old female that they treated me like this.
To get out of my lease it is costing me 10, thousand dollars extra to get into another SUV at a different dealership.
So I am recommending that you do not give your business to Selkirk Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Selkirk MB.
Update on October 18,2023. When I phoned the service department because the updates that took all day on October 17,2023 to put onto my Jeep to hopefully fix the problems with the tailgate and Connected service, along with the back up camera freezing up. Andrew wanted to talk to me, So we had words between us because he did not like my review. In the end of it all he informed me that I was not to bring my Jeep in for servicing at this dealership again. I was to go somewhere else for servicing.

My partner bought his ram 2 years ago here, they were great over all. We dealt with Kelvin this saturday, who was amazing, not only kind and professional to us but so nice to our 1.5 year old. The finance lady is also so nice, same one we dealt with last. The manager who came to approve the deal was also very kind.
Kelvin was very patient with our questions and on the spot researching vehicles until we decided on one. Happy we went back and were driving through town

Highly recommend avoiding this stealer ship.

Took my vehicle in for a full maintenance. They had my vehicle for 3 weeks, offered no form of courtesy vehicle, then when I went to pick it up I was given the vehicle back with engine lights on and error codes I did not have before taking it in.

They rediagnosed my vehicle twice and still could not figure out the problem and had the audacity to try and charge me and take my vehicle even longer.

They refused to listen to me when I would tell them what the problem is and kept telling me it was something else
(They were wrong and I ended up fixing it myself.). At the end of the day I spent over 5 grand with these people to have them have no idea what they were doing with a 2011 Caravan.

Please avoid this place if you don't like having your time and money wasted.

Azeezpal Singh is very kind and has a a lot of information regarding cars. He always suggest me a good suggestion during the process. Very good sales man. I highly recommended Azeezpal to my friends.

So from going to a complete disaster and a really stressful holiday season due to the previous dealership we reached out to Summer at Selkirk Chrysler and we were not disappointed she was amazing and totally got us into a really awesome upgraded dodge ram classic and kept us updated through every step of the process hands down the best experience and stress free very knowledgeable and was really helpful and caring towards us getting into a vehicular we were honestly happy with you rock summer and we’ll be dealing with you for all our next vehicles for years to come thank you so much to summer and everyone at the dealership who helped us

My advice stay away, I gave them a good review after a week of buying my truck there it was a good one, well this is the one that counts for me Stay Away my sales guy was the worst after I took the truck home and I had some issues I was constantly reminded well you did buy a used vehicle that was his answer and solution, actually he thinks he sold me the truck when in fact he did nothing. My wife and son with his partner are in the market on buying cars and they are not going there, one more thing it passed a safety with no front lights working at all and it cost me another 400 dollars to repair them I emailed my invoice they wouldn't reimburse me the money instead they said they would give me a few oil changes what a joke, Stay away from there the sales guy was the worst. No costomer skills what so ever,
