After almost 4 tears we wanted to get away and last time we used this office of Selloffvacation on St Anne Road, it was great experience and they were very matriculate about all details.

We called couple of times to discuss but they were too busy to assist us and told us to go to the office. Well I did and office was under renovations. I met LeAnn. Now not to be disrespectful, but she is true example of an employee who really hates her job and just there for pay check. I gave her all what we wanted and asked her if she she can suggest a destination as safety, location, amenities, rating etc all were something we wanted her expertise. I do not like to just book online as a trip like this needs a knowledgeable Consultant and that is why we went there. She rushed it all and came with Punta Cana, We had no clue about Dominican Republic. We were eying for high end resort as this was way past due vacation.

Well, to make long story short, our upgraded and expensive Honeymoon Suite was very tiny, sofa for one and on third floor. I very strongly suggested to look for main level as I hate going up on third floor after a long day of excursions etc. She did not even bother to send the request in at all. When asked, she said oh I called the resort about all but that was a lie. When you book there is space for special needs and requests etc and all airlines, resorts etc has that. I checked with all and there was not even a note. Resort was basic with limited amenities and nothing that we could do for excursions. We went to a park but nothing was there and mostly closed. Second day we booked a island trip but total waste of time and money. Dominican does not have much for outdoor activities but it was her job to know. I emailed several times and she stated someone will call me from customer service and that was few weeks ago. So far nothing, not even an apology at all.

I wish they realize how important these things are for people. Not only the money but taking time off work and then end up with total disappointment, that is not right. She can do some work and at least have decency to justify her paycheck.
Shame on you LeAnne for ruining our vacation.

Some of the customer service representatives actually have no idea what they’re talking about and aren’t really helpful at all. They’re not empathetic in the slightest, they don’t understand how frustrating it is dealing with a customer service rep who literally has no idea how to do their job when so much money is on the line. Really disappointed, don’t get how they have over a 4 star rating.

Called 4 times trying to pay for our trip, waited on hold over an hour the first time, and half hour the other 3 times. Never got through to anyone. Tried their "chat" option and just got a message saying call the toll free number. It shouldn't be this difficult to give a company your money. Not sure what to do next?
Ask for our deposit back and book with someone who values you as a customer?

Sitting on hold for the third time over 30 mins trying to pay for my vacation. Painful! If your busy this time of year hire more call center reps.apparently this what happens when you attempt to pay on black Friday. I recommend doing the full payment when you are sent your booking link.

Holly was extremely helpful, patient and genuine when me and my girlfriend came in to book a trip. Would 100% recommend to someone who’s looking to travel or has any questions about travelling. Will highly consider using them for our future trips.

I recently book with selloffvacation and I am so happy I did. This was my 1st time to go and have a travel agent help me out with my family trip I was planning and it was the best decision ever. I had holly help me out and she was so helpful and always return my emails right away with all my question I had. I highly recommend selloffvacations and if you get holly then you are in good hands

I just sent her an email and I am looking to be another family trip in 4 months from todays date and will have her help me because I know she will try get me a great deal and stay with my budget.

#princess resort in cancun was fantastic family trip.

Service, facilities, room were very good. Food at the restaurants was great to look at and of high quality, BUT it was consistently cold. We sent back several meals with varying results.

A little disappointing because the product and price were so good, the execution at the resort needs to be improved.

Some ideas.
1. Make sure the food you are serving is hot.

2. The service was almost too good.a little time between courses would be appreciated. Training issue with young staff.

3. Improve the safety aspects of the resort. It rained a good deal of the time and the marble floors were treacherous. My wife fell and we spoke to others with the same issues. One was on crutches and another had a serious gash on his elbow, the result of falls. Better lighting at night and yellow caution strips on the floor where there are steps would help.

Jenny is the first travel agent I have ever dealt with and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. She is very knowledgeable and thorough when helping me with my vacation needs. I would definitely recommend getting in contact with Jenny to book your vacation through SellOffVacations.

Decided to book my vacation online, and when selecting flights the return flight accidentally got swapped. Without buying any of their travel insurance they were easily able to get me better flight times/change flight times, no hassle and no extra charge.

The staff was very nice and friendly during my visit. They did not make me feel rushed and explored all the best options with me. They also offer some good addons for your trip and I would definitely book my flights from here in future.
The only downside during my visit was that I had to wait a long time but they told me they're not generally that busy

Very good communication, was able to reach out to Colette for some concerns which she handled right away and solved any issues. Great selection of room and all my requests were met. I will be bringing my business back and will recommend to friends and family wanting to travel.

We have used sell off several times. Easy to use online if wanting to book after hours. Live that they have the total price for all with taxes as child rates vary at hotels, so that makes it a lot easier when weeding out what’s in your price range. Had a pleasant experience booking with Jenny Lukey this time and will book through her from now on!

Jenny Lukey was our travel counsellor to our trip to New York. She helped us with with planning this trip and did a wonderful job. She has helped us with a couple of earlier trips which turned out just as good. I will ask for her on any further trips that we take.
