Seven Oaks Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic

Jen has done a terrific job in helping me rehab a major sports injury. The rest of the staff have also been kind and courteous. The facilities are clean and spacious. However, the gym is in dire need of full size mirrors, a full kettle bell set and a full free weight set.

Everything is very satisfactory for our needs. The therapeutic treatment we receive is beneficial to both of us. Each visit is enjoyable……. All staff make you feel welcome.

Only been twice so far. But I had been suffering for 10 months. Then lost my mobility in right arm And hand. (it's almost back). And in the 1rst session so much pain was relieved. Looking forward to being pain free. They also do acupuncture! I swear by acupuncture. Everyone is very professional and kind/ courteous. Clean bright place. Glad I'm going there. On to the next appt. I highly recommend!

I currently came in to get help with pains in my arms. I pulled something while moving boxes & I also needed to build up strength as well. Jennifer & I have been working together for the last several weeks to get rid of my aches & pains. She’s great. She has given me a lot of helpful exercises to alleviate my arm pains. She also gave me some exercises to help with a leg pain that I didn’t come in for. I’m hoping all my issues go away soon. I hate pain!

Attentive expert diagnosis and impeccable treatment delivery: my physiotherapist - Jessica - gave me my mobility back after a bad injury, where doctors and others had failed. Drug free, motion-forward - I can live life fully again. The facilities are impeccably clean, large windows in the athletic therapy side, and reception is always helpful. So convenient for those of us in West Kildonan. Highly recommended.

Rhiannon is an absolute rock star! I suffered an injury that made me barely able to walk. The treatments and exercises I received/learned have gotten me back to jogging and my regular active lifestyle. Can not recommend highly enough!

Excellent attention to the needs of the patient. The physiotherapist asks the right questions to find the root of the issue, in this case, neck pain/mobility limitations.

I have seen Rhiannon and Jen, and have really appreciated the treatment that I received. They are both incredibly knowledgeable, and work hard to fix my injuries. They take their time, provide excellent treatment, and give excellent explanations and demonstrations of exercises to be performed at home. Both Jen and Rhiannon are friendly and approachable, and made me feel very comfortable right from my first visit. 100% recommend.
