Brought our dog Ophelia for a u-wash appointment on Saturday-my husband & I love it here! So much easier then cleaning Ophelia at home; super convenient. My husband also mentioned how nice it is the tub is high up so unlike at home, your back doesn't hurt during. The receptionist was so sweet & kind & I didn't feel rushed. They also offer beautiful pet cookies for purchase & complimentary pup cups & cologne you can use on your pet. We've only been here 3 times but will definitely return! The staff also was kind enough to help me lift Ophelia into the tub-she's a big dog! Thank you again for an amazing experience

We did not personally drop our pup off, but we are extremely happy with how he looks after his first cut! Thanks a bunch! Highly recommend.

They did not clean my ’s ears, and left to much hair around my dogs toes, and not ONLY did they do a terrible job, the pads on his back feet were cut, my dog now is walking with a limp, is lethargic and in pain, we will

Such a welcoming atmosphere, the staff is amazing and handle the dogs with such great care. Definitely recommend this place.

I used the u-wash today with my pup for the first time and am so impressed! Their space is so nice and clean, the tub was perfect for washing my large dog and am so glad we didn’t have to get our bathroom soaking wet! The shampoo and cologne selection is great, and they gave my pup a puppacino after her wash. The staff was so friendly, and overall we had an amazing experience!

They were so amazing to my puppies! One of my dogs is very nervous about strangers and they were so patient with him. I really felt better knowing they were in such good hands.

They were great with our little doggie. I found them on the expensive side, but our dog can be difficult. They did say they did not have any problems with him and that's important to us.
