I was very happy with Shaw until I moved last August. My move before that was completely okay, no issues with service etc. This last move though - I have never received SO many phone calls trying to get me to upgrade, surveys and even at one time, trying to threaten me with a forced upgrade that would cost more, which is not ideal at the time after just purchasing a home.

Now, I absolutely understand people have jobs to do, but I tried to tell your company at least FOUR times now to PLEASE stop calling me with things like these. I did not want to take this to reviews, but two days in a row now after I said please stop yesterday - I look forward to changing providers at this point.

Took way to long to cancel an account and couldn't return equipment there.

This review is for Shaw as a whole. Your service is garbage. 3 technicians have been here replaced equipment and still have intermittent wifi. Resetting the router about 6 times a day. It has cost me thousands in lost profits. For the price you charge there should be no problems. I will be canceling and returning to bell. 15 years with them never needed tech support.
