Sheila was so informative in any questions I had in regards to a mortgage and the difference between a broker and a bank, and was willing to spend the time with me. Sheila was great to deal with, she was always available at the odd hours I required due to my work schedule. As a first time home buyer, I was naturally pretty new to the whole home buying process, but she took the time to answer any questions I had, as silly as they might've been.

Being located in Brandon was a major benefit as she already had a previously established relationship with my realtor, and it really came in handy when there were a few issues that came up during the process. Also extra points for having to go through the entire process remotely, as I was working out of town.

In the end the purchase went off without a hitch, entirely remotely and Sheila played a major part in that. Thanks again Sheila!
