I just got a cleaning and polishing done by Manon at Shine dental. She did a great job! I had a couple of stains on my teeth from certain foods I had been eating and was worried if they could be removed, but she managed to totally clear the stains and remove all buildup! My teeth look great again. Highly recommended!

Je recommanderai bien ce cabinet à 100%.

My last two trips for cleanings and check ups have been with Mackenzie. Mackenzie goes above and beyond and I can’t say enough great things about her as a hygienist. She checks all the boxes! I wanted to share a review that both Mackenzie and Dr. Karen are a fabulous team.

Just came back from a cleaning and check up for me and my 7 year old son. Nikki the hygienist rocks and may be the best flosser on planet earth for those with tight teeth. My son thinks the staff there are so kind! Two happy customers over here

Shine is my usual dentist office and I go there to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. I always feel comfortable there and confident my teeth are getting the best possible care. All of the hygienists and dentists are great! Would definitely recommend

I dealt with Brian. The most gentle dentist I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with plenty. Very friendly staff. I definitely will be going back. Was overall a great office. Took time to discuss every option and also listened to how I felt and what I wanted. Highly recommend going there.

Great care and concern by hygienist and desk staff. Suggestion, to see if patients can use the bohemier clinic parking while at appointments. Also, text patients if you are behind and will be late, then they can plan accordingly as well.

Always a great experience! They even have me a $5 Tim Hortons gift card for running 15 minutes late. Where else does that happen? !

I broke my tooth on the Easter long weekend. I called and was able to get a dentist to help me on the SAME DAY even though they were obviously closed. Very grateful.

I had a consultation this morning to go over the possible options available for the minor corrections i'd like to make with my smile. Everyone I came into contact with during my appointment was friendly, kind and personable. Even the staff I wasn't dealing with directly smiled at me when they walked past. I felt comfortable and loved how many women were working there too! Dr. Karen was hands down the most fantastic dentist I have ever dealt with (and I haven't had anything done yet!) She gave me honest advice, various treatment options, and she was extremely thorough as well. (her assistant Lisa was amazing too!) I am going back in a few weeks for my first cleaning and will be proceeding with one of Dr. Karen's recommended treatment options (Invisalign express, bonding + whitening). Thank you for making my morning so positive! What a great experience.

Greeted as I walked in door. Waited about 5 minutes. Friendly teeth cleaning person. Dentist popped in and checked teeth.teeth cleaning person finished polishing and help me pick next apt for cleaning. Front staff took payment and sent in paperwork to insurance so that I would receive reimbursement within a few days. Apt was promptly made for dentist follow up to fix two chipped teeth. Easy and smooth process. Thankyou for good humour and efficiency.

I hadn't been for a cleaning in 7 years and was not looking forward to the cleaning process. But Shine dental was completely amazing, they ensured I felt comfortable the whole time. I loved that they gave me another option other then fluoride on my teeth since I try and stay away from it in my daily life. Great experience and will go back regularly to keep my teeth clean and healthy!

Shine Dental has never disappointed! Been a client there for about 12 years now and each visit is great. Today I had a cleaning and polishing done by Tessa. Tessa is fairly new to Shine Dental but she is a great person, talkative and very caring.

I had put off going to the dentist for a while, so I was overdue for a cleaning. Manon did a wonderful and thorough job - almost painlessly, which was amazing because she had her work cut out for her! Sonia the dentist was also great, and clearly explained my options for some cosmetic work I’m interested in. All around it was a great experience, and I’m so pleased to have found a new dentist!

Had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. They took me in almost 30 minutes late and they only did the bottom and a small portion of my tops and said they will have to clean the rest on a different day even though they were still open for an hour. Teeth cleaning should be done in one sitting, and if the dental hygienist didnt constantly stop to ask me questions about my personal life she might have been about to do her job. My boyfriend and i where quoted no more than $300 each and his came out to almost $400 and now mine will be over $500. Our benefits cover 90% of minor dental work but because shine dental charges 10% higher than other places we are only covered for 80%. We will never go back to shine dental. They over change, spend more time prying into the patients life, then doing the job we are paying them for.

I've had a phobia of dentists for many, many years. The wonderful doctors, hygienists, and other staff at Shine have completely cured me of it. The service is top notch and they always go above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable and feel safe. I've had two crowns and a couple of fillings done so far, and I won't be going anywhere else other than here. Thank you!

My first visit at Shine was great! The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and they didn't make me feel bad for not seeing a dentist for years! (Oops). My previous retired and I just never looked into getting a new dentist.however, when I started to look, Shine always came up with fantastic reviews.
